Taking a walk after dinner and happen to see a bunch of little signs with comicbook characters, music and other knick knacks leading up a set of stairs like a trail of bread crumbs. This trail leads up to Retro City Collectibles and the name fits perfectly. It was like walking back to the early 90s for me when I would spend every cent on packs of cards or comic books. I remember when collectibles stores where all over the place and making my dad all around South Florida’s malls to collectible shows. Now they are few and far between. Retro City has a bit of everything nostalgia and even if you don’t buy anything well worth your visit.

I see this place with a small hallway and stairs, and I see all these awesome franchise signs, Star Wars, Star Trek, and etc. I walk in and the first thing I see is a bunch of awesome original old school posters, Muhammad Ali, Bruce Lee, Marylin Monroe, and Beatles. The prices were really cheap for such treasured items, a lot of awesome vinyls in good conditions, and figurines. There was a lot of figurines, and comic books ranging from a lot of popular franchises, and a lot TCG cards from Magic, Yu-GiOH!, Pokemon, and Dragon Ball Z. This place is extremrly nostalgic and I ended up walking out with 2 Iron Maiden Vinyls, great place :) good prices. They accept Credit Cards. Overall is a nostalgic trip and you might find any old school collectible for a really good price!
