OneBurger

Recently came back to this place, didn’t realize that the little white box in between a building and a restaurant closed but I didn’t realize they moved to that restaurant next door the staff was really friendly mind you I wen’t on a Saturday so it was a bit dead and everyone was pretty bored the burgers are good a bit pricy If I’m going to 7,8,12 dollars that burger better be the size of my head or damn near close to it. All in all the burgers are awesome it’s not the crap that you snatch up a mcds or wendy’s their sweet potato fries are awesome and as well as their shakes and desserts.

Decent burger spot. They have a wide selection of burgers, salads and wraps. Good place to get lunch in the gables.

Yay for OneBurger being right down the street from my job. This is solid choice when you are looking for a good burger in the gables area. The place is pretty small but has quick service so if you are just looking for a quick bite stop here. The burgers are always good but as someone before me mentioned consider changing the buns! I recently had the black, black & blue burger and highly recommend it with a side of sweet potato fried of course. They have so many different burger that it’s often hard to choose, no matter how many times I come here I always catch myself staring at the menu contemplating what to order. All in all this burger loving soul will continue to get OneBurgers cause they are pretty damn good. Also I cant forget get that oreo shake you wont regret it.

A solid burger place in the gables at a fair price. It get pretty busy around lunch as the deliver to the offices around town. The joint is clean it gets you in and out fast and the burgers are tasty. They have a great menu lots of options. I am a huge fan of the chicken especially the el spicy it is cheddar cheese, avocado, green leaf lettuce, tomato, spicy chipotle-​adobo spread which i get extra on the side with either onion rings (Huge fluffy delicious) or a side salad. They have an excellent marketing strategy very trendy with great food.
I frequent this place for lunch quite a bit and have always had great customer service.

Now let’s begin with the experience of walking to and into OneBurger. It’s located in the financial district of Coral Gables — a little black box compared to the rest of the structures on the street. The white and black theme of this fast-​casual restaurant gives it a casual atmosphere. I was immediately greeted by the man behind the cash register named Danny — cool hospitable guy, checked up on me a couple of times while I was there.
The Menu was almost as wide as the local itself. They had a wide range of burgers to choose from, including chicken and vegetarian selections. The menu even includes some Kobe Beef burgers with some rather exotic combinations of ingredients.
After some small talk, I ordered the Caprese Burger with a combo of onion rings and a drink. The place has six different combos you can order from, so choosing a side is a bang for your buck any way you have it. It took a little longer than one would usually expect for a burger — but, My Lord, the wait was well worth it.
I began with the onion rings. They were big, fluffy, and crunchy on the outside, while juicy and soft inside as every onion ring ought aspire to be. I could actually taste the sweet onion while savoring the salty crunch of the crust.
The Burger will not disappoint anyone who digs some teeth into it (unless you’re a burger hater). The world outside ceased to exist as my taste buds were overcome with my caprese burger. My neurons fired up as I chewed the juicy beef of the burger; the cheese, tomato, and basil were extra fresh, adding another layer to the experience.
At the end of the visit, Danny asked me how it all was. I am happy to say that I do not have a single complaint about my visit to OneBurger. The only reason I’m giving it one star less that perfect is because parking can be a inconvenient, and it isn’t open for dinner during the week (though you can’t blame them — the area is dead at night, with Miracle Mile just a few blocks away getting all of the attention).
If you are ever around, definitely try out OneBurger, because it will blow your mind.

My experience was ok! Average kind of food! Not very different from a burger you can get at BK, but you end up paying a higher price.

I’ve been here over 10 times but only eaten here 2 times… why? Because they are always closed! I’ve walked the extra mile to get to this place well within their posted hours of operation and the lights are out and the seats are stacked. What gives? I want to give them my business, the food is nice enough but all too often I’ve been let down by them being closed.
Advice: post your real hours of operation on your door like everyone else! And stick to them!

The owner is very rude and makes you feel like he is doing you the favor of taking your order.
There are so many other places that will appreciate your business in the area. So it is not hard to avoid going there.

Love this place! El Spicy grilled chicken sandwich is definitely one of my all time favorites. Great service and great food!

One Burger is one of my favorite burger places. I have tried a few of the burgers there. I found that the Black, Black, and Blue is a little salty for my taste. The Chicken Cordon Bleu is a good chicken sandwich with ham and caramelized green apples. The taste is magnificent. The Left Bank is my favorite burger of all time. I stick to getting it because each time I have it, it’s wonderful. The brie cheese and dijon mustard make the perfect taste combo.
Finding parking here is sometimes a mission and be prepared to pay for metered parking.
The only thing that has grossed me out is that the server had my milkshake in his hand and a bit got on his hand and he proceeded to lick it off and then hand me my shake. Are you serious?

Cute concept and an array of options. The food was good; I may not have ordered the right thing hence the 3 stars instead of 4.
I felt the presentation of the food could have used some vamping up. The patties could stand to be a few ounces bigger.
There are no sauces offered with the onion rings or fries so they aren’t as palatable as say Burger and Beer Joint with their vast selection of sauces and dips.
I’d go again just because it’s close to house and a decent meal but not at all my favorite burger place in Miami.

I walked into oneburger one day in a shitty mood, everything was going wrong. My pets ran away all at once, my car was full of bees, and my brain cancer was kicking in again. Pretty much the worst day ever. Then I bit into the delectable black & blu burger. It was almost a religious experience, all my worries melted away and I drifted off into a paralyzing lull of culinary ecstasy. The service was mechanical and non-​personal, just how i like it. The interior décor had a surgical polish to it, nothing to distract the eye when it’s focused on carnivorous endeavors.
After leaving, all my pets returned home due to the aroma of oneburger still being on my garments. The burger gave me the strength to enter my bee infested vehicle and the cunning to capture each and every one of the bees with my bare hands, not to mention the constitution to endure 1000+ bee stings which subsequently cured my brain cancer.
Thank you oneburger, I am studying stone working in attempts to erect a oneburger monument in your honor.

This place is not too far from my office, so it’s a good option for when I need a quick bite to eat. I had never been overly impressed with my orders until my last visit.
I am easily freaked out by underdone ground beef, so I usually err on the side of caution and order my burgers well done. The problem is, while other places (like Five Guys) make burgers well done but still juicy, this place tends to have a drier well done burger, which ends up being rather flavorless. So on my latest visit with some co-​workers, I decided to take my chances and ordered the mini burgers to be medium well. That did the trick — no pink (yay!), but more flavorful. I believe I’ve found my go-​to order from now on.

This restaurant is small and un-​assuming from the moment you enter with clean lines and stark white/​black décor. There are a wide variety of burgers of many different types (beef, turkey, chicken, veggie) and they’ve put a nice spin on the standard «burgers and fries» place. The burgers/​sandwiches are good and so are the fries.
The only problem is that they serve their sandwiches on the smallest styrofoam plates possible, so it’s pretty difficult to eat your large, overflowing burger and not make a mess.
Overall, OneBurger provides a refreshing take on burgers and fries, and next time you have such a craving, you should try it out.

When scrolling through the number of stars to decide what to rate OneBurger, I realized the description for two stars is exactly how I feel about this place: «Meh. I’ve experienced better.»
I’ve given this place a few chances to wow me. I can’t say I’ve ever had a BAD meal here, but I’m usually left wondering why I just spent $ 6-​$ 8 on a «specialty» burger that just really isn’t special at all.
With so many great restaurants within a few blocks of here, I’d recommend spending your money elsewhere.

OneBurger is another in the Premium Fast Food Cafes where you can order up a Kobe Beef or Chicken Burger. In fact you can get The Bron, named after LeBron James — because he does his Burger with Kobe Beef, Onion Rings and Jalapenos. This was a very high quality piece of Kobe Beef. That all said, this is still Fast Food style, and my Bron came on the smallest paper plate I had ever seen. As the W would say, for the price of the Kobe, it deserves to be on a bigger plate. In fact I took extra care in handling my Burger as a turnover would be costly.
There is metered parking in front.

So in my previous review I gave them 4 stars, but now I would like to give them 5 stars because in my opinion, they are the best burger joint by Miracle Mile. I tried another japones burger (still delicious) and onion rings (which were crisp and did not feel too heavy– just the way I liked it). Their service is superb and has definitely improved tenfold. They found out about the time I got a plain veggie burger by mistake (see my previous review), and they corrected that mistake by providing me with a complimentary meal.

On Miracle Mile, you have another burger place, BGR, but this place does not compare to OneBurger. BGR’s meals always feel heavy, but OneBurger does it just right!

A hybrid of gourmet burgers and fast-​food simplicity Coral Gables’s One Burger fills a great void for anyone who wants to have a quick bite.
The option to build your own burger is always a nice surprise and I designed a very simple turkey burger, paired it with fries and an oreo milkshake. The food is good. The milkshake was so good but they need better straws. Yes, better straws so that it doesn’t seem like I’m going to pass out as I spend a few minutes on every sip. The burger was satisfying and their turkey burger is delicious.
Service was strange. When I first walked in the guy at counter was extremely friendly and helpful. However, later another gentleman came out later and he was less than hospitable. He seemed to just want to get you out, no friendliness, no suggestions. I get it, you’re a serious guy but maybe you’re not the best FOH person…
Overall, it’s got potential and could be great.
