STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! I wish I had read the reviews before stepping inside. The employees make Shawshank Prison guards look like angels. I’d write more, but I don’t feel like wasting my breath. Don’t go here.

Extremely poor customer service! The guy has no idea what being «nice» to his customers is. I payed over $ 200 for a tux rental. The suit stank so bad it was unbearable. The button on the suit came off during the event, the pants on the side broke off completely meaning my pants were falling off the whole time and my shoes had scuff on them and when I brought it to their attention instead of exchanging them, the guy just noted it on the receipt. Horrible, wouldn’t recommend it not even to my worst enemy!

Before I rented my Tux at I&A Formalwear, I went to 4 other stores (Mens’ Warehouse, Mr. Tux, Jos A Bank and Manny’s Tuxedos. In each store I tried the tuxes on, got prices and got a feel for who was fitting me with my tux. Hands down, the most professional was Mr Osorio, the owner at I&A. In the other stores I dealt with employees who in some case were very young, didn’t have the experience and were not skilled tailors like Mr. Osorio.
I got a great tux, for $ 15-​$ 35 less than what the other stores offered me, and I was fitted by a skilled tailor who knew at a glance exactly what size and style I needed. Highly recommended.

Went in there to ask if they had something specific and he was completely unprofessional. Wouldn’t go near this store or this guy again just out of pure respect to the stores that know what it means to be professional… especially if your selling formal wear lol.

Rude customer service ! Don’t go there ! Horrible experience ! He suggested all the time that were something else but out of our budget ! Seriously, worse experience ever !

Loved this place got all my groomsmen tux for wedding here and didn’t have a problem. They were very accommodating and quick turnaround time.

Do not go there. AVOID!

What a bad experience! Their hours aren’t posted anywhere on the door, their phone or their website.
They will fit you and give you a tux that fits wrong, then blame it on you. THIS WILL HAPPEN.
They will get mad at you when you are unhappy in any way with the clothes they so poorly chose for you.
Seriously, I was just in a wedding party — we all got fitted for the same tux, and we all received slightly mutated versions of the tux we chose. We did not match and they did not care.
I will try to get some money back, but I only expect to receive some more insults.

AVOID. Heinous experience, avoid at all cost! Go to Mens Wearhouse 2 doors down and ask for Jesus, he is incredible and ended up fixing the last minute fiasco caused by I&A.
The experience began when my fiancée and I went to pick out tuxes for the guys in our wedding (groom + 5 groomsmen). My brother is a groomsman and at 6’7″ /​athletic build, the first thing I thought of was to make sure we found one they had in his size, so when I walked in the first thing I said was, we need a style that comes in 48XL. The guy, Ismael, was like oh yes yes no problem we have that in most of the styles. I wanted to consider a navy style but he didn’t have that in 48XL so we ended up choosing a 2 button satin edged collar style in black.
During our visit I felt extreme chauvinism and rudeness from Ismael whenever I asked a question, whereas he was polite to my fiancée. I said I didn’t like a tie because of the pattern and he said «It doesn’t matter because you’re weddings going to be dark.» I said, no, we are doing pics first at 4pm in full daylight, and the ceremony’s outside at 5:30, and the sun doesn’t set till 7:45… its definitely going to be light. He said «no, you can’t see the pattern because it’s going to be dark.» WTF #1. Now for WTF #2, we were deciding btwn an ivory or white shirt/​vest/​tie combo for the groom, and I said since my dress is ivory I’m inclined to choose ivory but which is traditionally more formal, ivory or white? He replied «Your dress is ivory? That’s not a formal wedding then. If it were your dress would be white.» What??? Nowadays no one i know has a white white dress. Ivory is way more popular and more flattering. So I said «actually yes it is formal, which shirt would be more formal?» and he said «no, ivory dresses are usually only used in less formal weddings where the woman has a child or has been married before.» HUH!!! I was offended and confused that he REFUSED to answer my question and instead lectured me about my wedding formality and dress. WHAT?! Ok so that experience was far from perfect.
Fast forward 10 days before the wedding… my brother faxes in his measurements, and they call and tell us, «We don’t have 48XL in that style! That’s like a basketball player size!» They suggested that just he wear a totally different style that was 3 button. Ok… first of all why would we want 1 groomsman in a totally different tuxedo? 2^nd, i had told him REPEATEDLY about the size we needed. They could have saved the situation by perhaps offering a discount on another style they had his size in for example, since now we were almost a week from the wedding and had to start over. Instead they got upset when we said we were cancelling the order, bc I called Mens Wearhouse and they said they had all styles in 48XL and could get the tuxes for us in time (with a $ 20 per person rush fee) so we just decided to get the groomsman tuxes there.
So after all this we asked them to fax or email us the measurements for the people they had measured and they didn’t… I called again to follow up and Ismael said «we already cancelled your order we don’t have them!» and upon pretty much begging since we now had only a week and it was hard to get all the guys in to get measured in the first place… he finally said he’d email me. Which of course, he didn’t.
So I had to drive over on my lunch break, I walked in and Ismael proceeded to tell me ‘i’m with a customer!!!” and ignored me for 15 minutes as i waited for them to give me the 3 photocopied sizes… I went towards the back to see if the woman (Helen) could get them for me and she was like «Yeah I know what you need! He’s with a paying customer He will get to you when he’s ready!!!» It was already getting insane, I felt like i was in crazy land.
I finally got the sizes, and as he handed them to me I noticed there were only 2 and 3 guys had gotten measured. I asked for the 3^rd and he said no… !!! Then Ismael said, I can’t believe i wasted my time with you!!!” and went and got the 3^rd one. It was insane and i was super upset, i’ve never been treated like this IN MY LIFE. they should have been apologizing and finding a solution, instead they were berating me for cancelling the order. I said, um excuse me sir, you wasted MY time and now left me with 10 days before a wedding to secure tuxes!!!
Before I left I asked if the groom still wanted to get his suit there, would they honor the discounted price they gave him bc of the 5 other rentals, since now I was going to have to pay rush fees elsewhere. Because I know my fiancé did like that suit, and I thought maybe he could be different from the others. The woman, Helene, SCREAMED at me, «THIS SUIT!!! THIS SUIT FOR $ 125???NO WAY!!! You cancelled your order!!!» It was literally like I was in crazy land. I stormed out and by this point was so upset i yelled that i was reporting them to the BBB.
My longest review ever, please just don’t go there — disorganized, rude, hostile, terrible.

I stumbled upon I & A Formalwear as I was about to walk into the Men’s Warehouse next door. I needed a tuxedo for a NYE party and really wanted tails with a top hat. The sales woman’s sales pitch was one of the worst I’ve ever heard, but she eventually grew on me as she managed to provide me with the exact look I was going for. They have a wide selection in the store so if you need a tuxedo the same day, this is the only place I know where you can walk out with everything at once.
