We found ways to create a nourishing menu which follows these key principals where people can indulge without hindering their enjoyment for food. We are one of a kind, organic bistro that serves a variety of options that are Simple, Healthy, and Organic. It tastes good and it feels good.

We’re always thinking up new ways to bring you simple, healthy, and organic menu choices. It’s our way of helping you break with the routine. Get a good start, make it a great day. Our breakfast choices vary from fresh fruit bowls to hardy omelettes that are sure to help you conquer the world. All salads are NOT created equal, and neither are all sandwiches for that matter. We use only the freshest ingredients available, rich in flavor, all organic. Lunch can be delicious. Lastly, our cold pressed juices made with fresh, natural ingredients; coffee house blends by Panther Coffee™, sweet healthier treats. What’s not to love?

90% of our products are organic, seasonal or locally sourced. Proteins are all natural, antibiotic free, hormone free. We receive daily shipments of our produce in order to offer fresh ingredients. Our café’s furniture is either reclaimed, recycled or donated from local job sites.
