This is a great store with great merchandise! I highly recommend checking the items they have available. The owner Sandra is very friendly and will help style and coordinate your outfits!

This place is awesome! They always have new styles. everything is super cute and very unique. Also, the prices are very reasonable and the quality is great. The owner is super nice and helpful and always posts great outfits on Instagram. They have locations on Miracle Mile in Coral Gables and also in Mary Brickell Village.

I am so disappointed! I came here as a surprise birthday gift to go shopping. It was very nice, clean and organized. It was a tiny store with some unique pieces. I spent over $ 100 which is not that hard to do here. I came home with a unique little black strappy dress. Besides trying it on which I did at the store I have not worn it until what was last weekend. I went to put on and the zipper had split and will not stay close making it unwearable. I was so disappointed as I have not even worn the garment. I took it back to the store today with tags(still on the dress) and receipt in hand. The owner I am assuming as she was the one there before was of absolutely no help. She actually tried to tell me it has been worn … Which obviously it hasn’t I was slightly offended that she was so quick to accuse me of that… She said nothing she could do as it was out of the 5 day refund policy. I understand the policy but I feel they sold me a poor quality garment. I know the store is on the cheaper end of clothing and I guess you get what you pay for but there are plenty of other stores that have gladly taken back faulty clothing past the return date as it was not the customer fault. As a small business in a competitive market I suggest you show some compassion and own up to situations like these. I have wasted $ 50 on this dress. I will no longer shop here and I will be sure to tell my friends about this experience.

This is my go to shop whenever I need a knockout, unique piece that no one else will have. Sandra(I think the owner) is incredibly friendly and so helpful. She has helped me find the perfect dress for my occasions time and time again. She has a great eye for style. This boutique is tucked away on Miracle Mile. It appears from the outside to be one of the typical overpriced boutiques on the Mile, but this store is not that. Essence brings in only one of each item in S/M/L so things go quick because they are so beautiful. Dresses for every occasion, jumpers, jewelry, shoes, shirts, you name it, she has it. And the stuff is SUPER affordable. $ 50+ for a dress that no one else will have? Perfection. Join the Facebook page. Sandra is sure to always post pictures when the new items arrive each week.

I went back today after deciding to buy a dress there even though it wasn’t exactly what I was looking for. I ended up buying the cutest dress that can be used for a shower, going out for drinks, or on a date! Best part: it was $ 50!!!

Just because Essence Boutique is smack dab on Miracle Mile doesn’t mean this boutique is expensive. It’s actually quite the opposite. Essence is all about getting you suited up on the frugal. This is a great spot for chicas who want to get some evening attire. Stand outs here include dresses by local designer Mizmi, shoes by Paris Hilton(yes, the heiress’ stilettos are actually quite«HOT» as she would say.) and their collection of Report Signature. There’s also a plethora of baubles to add some bling to your wardrobe.

It is very hard for me to share Essence because I’m afraid that once the word gets out, I won’t be able to find the stuff I want in my size. However, it is a very good little store and people must know. Essence is tucked away on Miracle Mile, right next to the Crêpe Maker. Just by looking at the window, you’d think that it’s just another expensive boutique on The Mile that you can only afford a shoe. On the contrary, Essence carries the last est fashion at a very competitive price, especially for Miracle Mile. They only carry 1 of each S/M/L sizes per item, so it’s first come first serve. Besides the clothes, they also carry a nice selection of shoes and accessories. You can walk out of the store in all new gear from head to toe. It’s my addiction, I’m there at least once a week and walk out with at least two things(I hate just buying one thing, it’s like what’s the point) and I hope you don’t wear my size.
