3m– Color Stable with the windshield.
OK so i found these place using amazon local offers, did a search and the reviews were OK. wasn’t sure to use them or not, but these guys had the 3m– color stable for good price and they were in coral gables not allapattah. Made an appointment for that Saturday to have my Dodge journey tinted. I dropped the car 10:30 (that’s when opens), just in case someone doesn’t show up they could do the windshield too, seens there wasn’t enough time with the original appointment time of 1:00pm. So i pick up my vehicle around 5, tints look amazing, good choice on the 3m color stable, just carefully the 3m color stable tends to look a little darker then the regular 20% films, even the windshield, i picked 50% and it looks like 20%. its really dark. the quality of the tints is really good, the film its amazing, and the customers service is outstanding by Alfredo and Carlos.
Now to the not so good part i had Blue line sticker on the bottom edge of my back window, its a 2×3 sticker. apparently while scraping my sticker off, my trunk got scratch with the scrapper, wright were the window and the trunk meet. the scratches were deep enough to see the metal, about seven scratches ¼ of a inch long. I’m mad because these is the same shop that when i dropped off the car there was a NEW MC LAREN in the back, that they were doing a sound system. there was an Audi in the front and two Porsche’s that they were working on. So I’m mad cause I’m thinking that because i bring in a NEW dodge journey with 700 miles they treat it like garbage. Now by these time I’m home washing my car and the shop is closed, and closed on SUNDAY and MONDAY. So Tuesday morning I’m in the shop at 10:30, I see Alfredo and i explained the situation, he says he’ll talk to Carlos and tell him what I am claiming and takes some pics. Its Thursday 12pm haven’t received no calls, so I’m thinking Carlos is saying tat the scratches could have not been his shops fault and is blowing me off, cause by the other reviews that i have read, and his shop those MC LAREN’s and stuff.
To my surprise Alfredo call’s and tell me that Carlos said to take the vehicle to a body shop owned by his friend and she’ll fix the scratches. (oh no) a friends shop, its probably a garage with spray cans. NOPE its Pro-​body collision center, Excellent shop by the way. Is friend is Olga the owner. she told me to bring it Monday and picked up Tuesday. Did just that, and the trunk looks like nothing happened.
So today is Wednesday and I’m writing these long review with four starts because even that my car got scratch the owner Carlos could have easily said that it didn’t happen there it and i had to fix it my self, or giving me a refund, but he stepped up and payed for my trunk to be fix. Customer Service was outstanding the tint job is outstanding, and a mistake could happened to anyone, but how u fix that mistake is the KEY. Carlos and Alfredo keep up the good work.

I called about their Groupon deal prior to purchasing. They were very patient & helpful on the phone. Ended up calling them right back as the deal had sold out when I went to purchase what I needed. They honored the price & charged a little extra for the darker tints I wanted on the back windshield. Fair. I dropped off my car on the day of my appointment. They had it out in the two hours they told me it was going to be ready. Excellent service. Can’t complain about the product. Fantastic overall experience.

I’m so happy that I had my tints done here. They guys are nice, good and pretty quick. There’s a Starbucks just a few yards away where I waited for no more than an hour for my car. The job was great!

I bought a Living Social deal which I was not able to use before the expiry but which the guys at ES&S accepted. They provided top notch service with a smile. I had to have my previous tint removed and they did a great job with no damage to the rear defroster. I upgraded to the higher level tint at a very reasonable rate and I can feel it in the quality of the film. They did not pressure me to upgrade and it was all handled with respect and professionalism. I find it a better installation than the previous job done by the dealer. The installer was amazing and even removed a ding that I had suffered minutes before dropping off my car! Who does that?! That kind of thoughtful service is unheard of these days so give them a shot. Great products, installed beautifully by some amazing guys. Be patient on the appointment as it may take a while to get a weekend slot since they are pretty busy. The total wait for my removal and reinstall was less than 3 hours so it was good turnaround once I was there.

Purchased a window tinting Groupon a while back and finally got to use it. Elite Sound and Security is courteous, efficient and their prices are very competitive. Saturday appointments are popular, so you may need to book a few weeks in advance. I dropped my mini off, went to have lunch and 1 ½ hours later it was ready.
A week in, the film has dried without any bubbles or blind spots. They also use a mid-​range quality tint that comes with a 3-​year warranty. I was worried they might use the cheap stuff with the Groupon and charge extra for decent film. The car looks great and definitely feels less hot. Highly recommended. English speaking sales staff is a plus.

Good quality tints, had an issue with one of my windows because my car moves the window every time it opens the door and they replaced it with no complains. Great job overall.

I purchased a Groupon for car window tinting from Elite Sound and Security. Per the Groupon instructions, I called Elite Sound and Security to schedule an appointment to complete the window tinting. After 5 phone calls, leaving a voice mail each time, and after writing 2 emails to the company, I still did not receive a reply from the company. It seemed impossible to schedule an appointment! Finally, Carlos from Elite Sound and Security responded to one of my emails, promising me that he would call me the next day. I did not receive a call the next day. When I wrote Carlos yet another email, he became belligerent, juvenile, and unprofessional, insulting me in his email response. Carlos claimed that he did call me back, but I did not answer. Why, then, I ask myself, did Carlos not leave me a voicemail… or call me again, perhaps? All I wanted was to redeem the promotion that I paid for… car window tinting. Although, even scheduling an appointment was impossible. Finally I contacted Groupon regarding the matter, and Groupon sided with me. The money I spent on the Groupon was refunded. Although, Carlos and Elite Sound and Security wasted my time. I cannot speak from experience to the quality of window tinting done at the company, but if their tinting is as good as their professionalism and customer service, I would expect purple tinting with a whole lot of air bubbles!
