When I moved into my apartment on Miami Beach, I did not have central air. After waiting for 2 weeks for other people who didn’t show up, I found Olman. He came on the very same day and gave me options for fixing the system. He was patient when I said he needed to come back so I could check with the condo association — and he kept in touch with me, making sure I had everything I needed. He came back to install a whole new system, and it has been working beautifully (and quietly!) ever since. I would recommend him to anyone.
