Beauty Mark Salon

Was in Miami visiting and went to get my hair cut since I had an interview the week after. I’m picky about my hair as not many stylists know how to cut men’s hair well (i’m not referring to just an average buzz cut).
I had Breanna and she was great… not only was the haircut exactly what I wanted but she was nice and didn’t rush through the haircut. The salon is nice and professional, I was served me with wine and water and my hair was washed both pre and post haircut which is very rare in most salons.
The haircut was very affordable and I would definitely recommend her and Beauty Mark to anyone in Coral Gables and Miami!

I used to come when it was Andy’s.
I had my hair cut before by Andy and Gus, both excellent and all my reviews were filtered by Unilocal b/​c I rated them so highly.
I had my hair cut by the new stylist that they said they are putting all Gus’ clients with.
I was really sympathetic for the guy b/​c he said he had been robbed, etc.,
until he started spewing racist stuff– all black people look alike– my stomach clenched.
My husband is black and we have two kids.
Call me a coward for not confronting him then and there, b/​c I didn’t.
I will never go back.

I recently had my hair cut at Beauty Mark Salon. I actually went there because I follow my stylist Karen Baez. The salon was nice and everyone seems happy to be there. It was a very pleasant experience.
Concerning Karen; she is amazing. I’m very particular about my hair and since i travel frequently I end up getting haircuts by unfamiliar people and usually end up very unhappy. Instead of using clippers on the sides, karen does it free hand with scissors. It comes out amazing. Iv’e had other stylists that have tried this with disastrous results. It truly takes someone that has a high level of skill and experience. I highly recommend going to Beauty Mark salon and getting your haircut by Karen.
