The office staff is great, and the doctors are wonderful. Unfortunately the people at the call center who answer the phone are rude, and do not show any care for patients trying to reach the doctor.

Who doesn’t like a doctor that alleviates problems and makes you feel better?!
In this case, I can only comment on Dr. Carmen Sainz (who works at this location every Monday from 9am-​12am and 2pm-4:30pm) and the nurses on her staff. From the onset, Dr. Sianz has been great. Unlike many doctors in Miami, Dr. Sainz keeps appointments and doesn’t make you sit in the waiting room for hours. I know, this sounds like common courtesy, which we expect when dealing with other professions, but somewhere along the way, doctors in Miami became exempt. Thankfully, Dr. Sainz didn’t follow suit! Not only is she quick to see you, she’s thorough with her assessment and she’s extremely kind.
Dr. Sainz recommended regular allergy shots, which I’ve been getting from her nurses each week. The nurses on her staff (on Monday’s) are great. I’ve had mixed experiences with some of the nurses on other days though, so be aware.
