Amy Snyder, LMT is a graduate of Educating Hands School of Massage Therapy, in Miami, Florida. She is licensed by the State of Florida, Nationally Certified, & a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). For two years, Amy has been working in Sports Therapy & Stretching Techniques closely with a leading expert in the field of Sports Therapy, Pain & Rehabilitation. In the past year, she has also incorporated personal training & focusing on core strength, function & body conditioning for each individual. In 1999, she graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with concentrations in Physiological Psychology & Dietetics where she began her interest and study of the importance of the Mind, Body and Spirit connection in our every day life. Amy is proponent of massage for relieving physical as well as emotional stress, and strongly believes in massage as a viable modality for enhancing overall health and well-being. She brings experience into her practice and offers a Therapeutic Massage blending Swedish massage with Hydrotherapy, Sports Massage, Mashing & Thai-MASHiatsu and other connective tissue techniques.
