Subway

So I’m not sure who reads these reviews. But I’m hoping that someone higher up in corporate will read this one. Just saying.
I’ll start with saying that the day time crew is always polite and efficient whenever I’ve gone in. The night time crew is a whole nother story. They are always so awful every time I’ve ever gone in. For example, I went in this past week with my husband at 7:30 on a Sunday for a quick bite to eat. Upon entering I was already dreading my decision when I saw the same rude girl (pictured on the right her name is Morgan) working that I had the last time I was there. I get to the counter behind a family and see the sign that says «no tea or soups» figures. Then I hear the father in front of me ask for his sandwich to which Morgan informs him «we only have honey oat bread or flatbreads «I’m like whaaat? Especially seeing that there is only about 4 loaves of honey oat bread left! His son then asks for a meatball sub. She then goes «we have no meatballs» at this point I’m like you have got to be kidding me. So another worker walks up who has no hat on with dirty hair and headphones in listening to music goes «oh I’ll get some from the back» so he comes back 2 minutes later with a plastic cup of meatballs and heats them up in the cup and throws it on the kids sandwich! They also have to go to the back to retrieve roast beef for my husbands sub. I finally get to the counter with my honey oat wheat bread sub and they have no cookies for purchase. So it’s an hour and a half before closing and they have no bread, no tea, no soup, no meatballs, and no cookies… Right. Not to mention the counters were dirty with strewn about veggies. Needless to say I will never come back past lunch time! Please subway get some managers on the night shift and terminate these slackers!

My husband and I have given this subway a chance 3 times now and I can finally say we’re done with it. I purposely drive to a farther subway because the service here is absolutely horrible. Today we were just hungover and I thought I’d give it one last try so I didn’t have to make a farther drive. I just wanted to eat.
I walk in and one of the employees was in her break, she was eating with what looked to be her boyfriend and keep in mind I am hungover to the max so I look like shit. We’ve been already packing all day because were about to move so I came in wearing slippers and sweats. The girl on her break with her boyfriend were making fun of my outfit whispering under their breath. I know this because, when I turned around they were both staring at me with smirks on their faces.
The other two employees were too busy flirting in the back so I stood there waiting and being mocked for a good 3−4minutes. Finally someone came out and didn’t say hi. Welcome to subway… nothing. He says. «What do you want»… I stood there in disbelief thinking really? I just wanted to get our food and leave. So I started to order. As he was finishing my husband’s sandwich the chick he was flirting with comes out and says «any other sandwiches?» I said yeah. So I ordered mine. She made it so sloppy, just throwing everything on there and was acting as if I was the BIGGEST inconvenience ever. I get to the end of the line and proceed to pay. Already uncomfortable, as I am getting my drink all three employees rushed back to the back where the two were when I first walked in and proceeded to laugh extremely loud… no manager on duty clearly…
Needless to say. I’ll never be back. And will put this review everywhere I can.

Be careful of Subways they higher individuals with criminal records, and I thought well thats nice giving people a second chance with a job. However, when I went to one in Lewisville on Main st. the employee that worked their used my credit card number to purchase their food and then gave me a bogus receipt to cover it up. I tried to bring it up and their manager wont get back to me.

I normally go to this one because I work around the corner and only get a 30 minute lunch break to work with. There normally fast and easy but today you only had 1 person working which led to me waiting for 20 minutes just to order my sandwhich. By the time I got to order you were out of flatbread which is the only thing I can order there and now I’m left with another 5 hours of work with nothing to eat. It was extremely frustrating, get more people working there or give more shifts for crying out loud and where was the manager? No where to be seen of course. When your packed like that and only have one person working as a manager you should help, not sit in the office or hide wherever you where.

I’m not a real fan of sandwiches so I never got to try Subway sandwiches. I lived around this neighborhood for at least 6 years and I never realized that this Subway existed! My girlfriend and I decided to swing by and grab some Sandwiches and eat out at the park.
People who are working there are really nice. They are attentive, friendly, and most of all they seem to be pretty professional. They know what they are doing: quick and delicious!
I am so happy that I found this place. It’s cheap, quick, and it was very delicious.

Italian bread was super good at this location. Usually im not a fan of subway, but I really enjoyed this subway. Really nice staff too!

I’ve been to many subways and this one is by far the nicest.
Staff was friendly and they even threw in some free cookies with my meal. :) That’s what I’m talking about!

I don’t have any issues at ordering time at this Subway. Employees are prompt, courteous and they always get my sub right. Unlike other Subway stores, this one seems a little off the beaten path so I rarely see high traffic at this store. This allows the store to stay clean and organized.

I just ran by & was excited to see a new place. They definitely deserve five stars, its very clean however the employees need to listen when a customer is ordering. I ended up with a few un-​expected veggies on my sub.

I do like this location. However, my only complaint is that they are very stingy with the veggies. Come on Subway, especially the female afternoon manger, put some more veggies on those sub’s. :)
