Love, love, love this restaurant! The owner Olé always greets us with a smile and would always come and chat with us. My daughter is a dual language student and Olé would speak in Spanish with her to help her with her Spanish! I simply love their chips and dip, but most of all, their MARGARITAS! OLÉ!!!

Although the circumstances for a group gathering at this restaurant were sad(we met here following a funeral), I must say we had a wonderful experience. Despite the fact that we were early for our reservation, and they weren’t fully staffed yet, they took great care of us and I enjoyed our time of camaraderie with the family. The salsa had a bit more of a bite to it than I like, but my husband enjoyed it. I preferred the milder queso. The margarita was tasty. But the best part of my meal was the shrimp burrito. I can’t remember the name of it(it’s not on the grubhub online menu), but it was delicious! And it was big enough that I brought home leftovers to enjoy a second meal. My husband ordered a brisket taco and shrimp tacos a la carte and he pretty much cleaned his plate. This is a very unassuming place in a strip mall in Coppell. I can’t say it would have caught my attention if I hadn’t been invited there. But now that I know about it, I can’t wait to go back and try more of the items on the menu. Check it out.

Staff is excellent. Fajitas are very good. Other dishes are hit and miss. Do not order anything with molé sauce – absolutely the worst mess I’ve ever eaten. For a quick fix… a decent local place.

Excellent Tex Mex. I was pleasantly surprised by the great taste of the food. We were going to go to another place but the line was too long. They have vastly improved from several years ago when I first tried their food. I had enchiladas with chicken and spinach. My husband had a burrito and my mom had Lupe’s special. Large amount of food and great price.

The food was okay but not fantastic. And I agree, the place could use a remodel. The margaritas were fairly basic too. I would go back but with so many other options it is difficult to put this one at the top of my list. Seems like there are several regulars who seem to know the owner well. That is always a good sign.

Service not good at all. Under-staffed and the staff that was there was not friendly. Food is mediocre.

I guess we can see it’s a good tex-mex option for the area, but I personally would rather go to Anamia’s. This place has coupons sometimes, in the clipper magazine and we also found a groupon for it once, so those prices are fair for the quality of the food. I have had their taco soup which was average, and the enchiladas which were okay. Again nothing special about this place that I can remember and write about.

This is our favorite casual Mexican. I recommend the Mama’s Tacos, table side guac, and the Pollo Con Veggies. The sauteed veggies are good enough by themselves to make a meal.

I’ve been going to Oles since I was a child. This place is gooood! Nice not only because of the convenient location, but the food is just as brilliant as well. Their enchiladas are on point. The atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant, lots of families. The service is very welcoming and kind! Lovely place I’ll never stop going here!

I eat here frequently. The place is a bit old would be nice if they remodeled. The food is pretty good well as far as what I get which are chicken fajitas. I’ve tried enchiladas before not to sold on those. Tea always seems fresh but what I love the most are the chips sooo good fresh and crispy. Waitstaff really friendly. I would recommend.

I found this restaurant on Groupon and decided to try it out. The location and atmosphere was ok. It’s not a lot of parking on a Friday night though. The food was pretty good and our waiter was very nice. Price is pretty reasonable for what you get. Overall it was ok.

We eat at Olé’s frequently. It is typical Tex-Mex, nothing fancy. The food is good; the restaurant is clean; the wait staff is professional and attentive; and the service is very quick. The interior design is not high-end; but they frequently keep it remodeled. You can tell they care about the restaurant. I love the neighborhood, family-run feeling about Olé’s. I usually get the brisket tacos or the taco salad. The fried avocado is really good, too, as is the shrimp salad.

Good food, good folks running this place. I’ve eaten here for the past couple of years and it’s always consistent. Straight forward tex-mex and a good value.

If you want freshly made enchiladas, then Olé’s is your place. Every time I order them, they make them perfectly each time. The rice and beans are the best. The chips and salsa are also great. The lunch prices are decent for what you get. Their enchiladas are not these cheesed up greasy mess that you get elsewhere, they make them with real ingredients, never canned. I always go with a meat and chicken enchilada. Try them, you won’t go wrong.

Decent Tex Mex restaurant. We go here often since its close to the workplace. A couple of items I would recommend are the mamas tacos and the house tacos. Mamas tacos are flour tortillas stuffed with brisket and roasted poblano peppers… very juicy, tender and yummy. The house tacos were the usual fajita tacos… the chicken version is a little dry but the beef ones were perfect. They also have one of the best charro beans I have tasted. The salsa is OK… nothing exceptional. Overall the place is great value and I definitely recommend it especially if you stick to the two dishes above.

What does it mean when two different co-workers rave about the same place on different occasions and each time they drag you to it, you don’t enjoy it? Are my taste buds so out of whack? Here, you tell me… — the chips tasted burnt — the salsa is served in what could easily be cereal bowls, one per diner. Besides being a waste of condiments, the salsa tasted like something commercially bought in bulk — the beef sauce on top of my tamale tasted worse than canned chili — the guacamole for my fajitas was also boringly commercial Why haven’t I given this 1-star? Because… — the service was lightning fast(no doubt because half the stuff they served didn’t have to be cooked from scratch) — the tortillas were good and hot — they served a complimentary sopapilla triangle with individual packets of honey that pleased my tongue finally 3 of us at lunch each buying lunch specials and tea or water cost us $ 30 so it was not expensive. But, it was also not tasty. For the rest of my co-workers, I remember the name of this place now and I will NOT be letting you take me here under ANY circumstances.
