BodyTalk FIT helps boost self confidence by building appreciation and awareness of your body and how to move it. In the process, you will tone those curvy areas and learn sexy, hip dance moves in a fun and relaxed environment.

Established in 2011.

BodyTalk Fit was created with a vision to help others while fulfilling my passion. The body is the ‘temple,’ therefore we should take care of our bodies, internally and externally. BodyTalk Fit helps with the inside as well as the outside.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

I began my career at a young age with ballet and tap dance. I always had to be in the spotlight! In high school, I was a member of the dance team performing at half time shows for our sporting events, and participating in local parades. While in high school I modeled for a modeling agency conducting fashion shows, and was featured in the local newspaper and on T.V. I participated in competitive fashion shows and won 2^nd place in female fashion runway category at the Mike Beatty fashion conference in Dallas, TX. (1995). After high school, I wanted to incorporate the fitness aspect into my dance background so I bought a dance fitness franchise in 2005. While owning the franchise I perfromed at half time shows for the Houston Rockets basketball team. I have been teaching group exercise classes and motivating and inspiring women for over seven years, and absolutely love what I do. I can inspire you, while being inspired by you!
