About a year and a half ago we learned about the benefits and cost savings that could result by insulating our home through a presentation by PowerSmith. Since we knew that our home needed that kind of service we had PowerSmith come and give us a free inspection and an estimate of what was needed to make our home warmer in winter and cooler in summer without wasting energy and in turn save us some money.
We did not know what to expect: how much would it cost and how disruptive would it be to our home if they were to do the work? We had lots of questions and, needless to say, concerns. PowerSmith came and did the survey. That in itself was enlightening. Everyone who came throughout the whole process, Mike, Ed, Jaime and all their crew and Oloo and his work crew, were amazing. They were professional and yet understanding, and answered all our questions and concerns. No matter how many questions or how long it took to inform us, they were patient and very knowledgeable, making us feel that their interests were to our benefit.
They showed us what they found, explaining what it meant and how the work would benefit us in maintaining a more sealed environment and how ultimately it would save us money as well as provide a savings to future owners should we sell.
We went ahead and had the work done and the experience was awesome. They told us the work would take four days and they finished in three. The work was virtually seamless and there was very, very little disruption to our lives. They were respectful of our home and of us. They were neat and clean and most of all fulfilled all that they had promised. They inspected each portion and made sure that all work was done to the highest standards. When we called them with a question or concern, they came within a very short time to address the issue. All this was done in a most respectful and caring manner.
In today’s time, where customer service is so lacking and where most businesses are more about money and less about dignity and quality of the work and the satisfaction of the costumer, PowerSmith is the epitome of how service to the clients should be. They were awesome and we are so happy and satisfied with the work they did and with the end result. We cannot say enough about all the people that work for PowerSmith and the product they offer and the costumer services they provide.
A side note is that we have recommended PowerSmith to friends and they were equally satisfied. And we have noticed that the house is quieter and more comfortable.
