I’m a little surprised to see such bad reviews. Although most of them, I noticed, are from when they first opened and haven’t been able to quite establish themselves with staff n proper help that is knowledgeable about their specs, but that is to be expected. I feel some people truly have no patience. I also find more people are quick to demean and find the time to discredit others, but out of all those people that visit, the ones I’ve seen are happy, don’t seem to have time to credit their positives, myself included. I came on Unilocal to find their number and felt obligated to share that I have not only been in this store multiple times and have been greeted with a smile and friendly attitude but I also ordered delivery multiple times. Never had an issue. Food is Great! As far as a minimum for debit, it is not uncommon at all. I have been to many delis where this is the case so it was no issue for me. I also have witnessed first hand that if you treat the ladies with respect the way my husband and I do, well. you will get what you give. ***** Future family friendly, care bout you spot *****

Today was the last time I will ever go there. Every time I go in order the same exact thing and the price varies from 4.99 to today over 7.00. Usually getting homefries with it but today they said no homefries included in wrap. The bagels are never soft and the workers are not friendly at all. Can’t see this place making it if not corrected soon. Its ashame cause we needed a place like this.

I wish I could give negative stars. Service is horrible a bunch of older ladies with serious attitudes. The food is never consistent I’ve order the same thing maybe 6 times and each time it’s different(consistency getting worse and worse each time. But consistency is key so they are doing a fantastic job) OH and they don’t know their prices so be prepared to pay a different price each time :)

As we know from my past Unilocal I am not easy to impress, but they did. #Partyinyourmouth My best friend and I go to a different place each month for lunch. We call it Fish n’ Dish Friday. Normally we try and find Sushi but we heard that Bagels N A Hole Lot More had a hot station and fish was on the menu today. So, we went. On the menu for $ 6.95 hot lunch special was Tilapia with spinach and feta cheese and green beans & bacon as the side. I haven’t had fish that was so moist, succulent and tasty as this since I lived in Brooklyn 20 somewhat years ago. Hook, line and sinker I am going back every Friday for the fish. My husband said their bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel is good as well. Now the staff was super friendly and I even made a point to meet the owner because I was so impressed with the food. He said his cousin and he do all the cooking, Keep up the good work, cause I’m going back soon. Copiague we have a WINNER!

Just another store where you need to spend $ 10 minimum to use my debit card!!! Flat out bullshit, and assign not authorized by a bank.

DONOTEATHERE. I REPEATDONOTEATHERE. A worker from the back brought up two wire baskets of bagels, put them on the ground with no barrier between the floor and baskets. After dumping them into the baskets that are already there(ones they get your bagel from) he stacked the floor ones inside each other. Worker who was making orders had a box of foil sheets fall into the garbage, then picked the box out with the same gloved hand that he’s was making an order with them continued to make the order. The issue with the wire baskets was not the first time I saw this and I kind of blew it off, but this seems to be the regular practice.

This is the second and last time I come here. Several people working, and again I stand at the counter for several minutes being ignored. I am on a lunch break by the way. Only one person ahead of me not busy. No excuse. Then a free employee who has seen me standing there(Nobody even greets or acknowledges you when you walk in) looks right at me and says, «I am going to the bathroom» and walks away. Wow. I am a nurse I get that people need to take bathroom breaks but I try not to obviously ignore and walk away from my patients to do so. Then I finally get my bagel and it tastes like cardboard. This place is terrible and definitely not worth the non existant crappy service and ridiculously high prices. My boyfriend and I came here a few weeks ago and got a bagel with cream cheese and a bagel egg sandwich and 2 coffees. Almost 17 dollars. Give me a break and we were treated just as poorly as this visit. Don’t bother with this place they won’t be open long.

«Hi, I’d like to place an order for delivery…» «Oh, let me see if we have a delivery guy,» * .03 seconds of ‘seeing if they have a delivery guy’ * «Nope. We don’t deliver.» «Great. Thanks.» «Byyyyyyyyye!» As in «Thanks for getting iff the phone so I can avoid further uncomfortable questions I don’t have any answers to so I can go back to looking at FB memes…» Meanwhile… the front page of the menu PROMINENTLYDISPLAYS delivery options and asks would-be customers to join the fax club to receive daily specials offerings… which one can only presume will never get delivered. I was about to order about $ 120 worth of sandwiches and salads for some very hungry people and I live less than a mile away. GREATJOB, overly-gleeful-opportunity-waster. Silly. Good luck *womp*

I hope it’s because they have only been open for a little more than a week but… The staff seems to be clueless. I asked for a light and sweet coffee and there was no sugar in it. I asked for a lightly buttered bagel and it looked and tasted like I got a whole stick of butter. When I ask for a toasted bagel it looks like it never seen the toaster. When they ring up your food on the register they have a difficult time figuring it out. I will give them another shot down the road in hopes they worked out the kinks out.
