2nd time around. This time it was even better. We tried their New Years eve 2014 /​prix fix/​3 course meal and it was quite delicious and ample. Service and hospitality was excellent. Reasonably price for locals. A find for out of towners.

I wish I remembered the name of the waitress, because she was GREAT. The waitress has a wonderful sense of humor, and was relaxed, patient, and friendly. We went with a man who lives in this area and who apparently eats at Taconic Wayside Inn very regularly. The waitress knew exactly what he wanted and was very sweet with him – and with my friend and I, two strangers from out of town.
The veggie burger was delicious, and must have been homemade! I was so happy to try it.
I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area.
