For those disappointed in the service. The owner, Rusty, passed away in August of last year. that is the reason for the no-​shows.

We had an appointment made a week in advance for a carpet cleaning and they just didn’t show up for it. Very disappointed as it was required for our rental as we were moving out and were then stressed about what we needed to do. Was unable to get ahold of them on the phone as well.

Extremely disappointed; made an appointment, moved furniture in preparation, and waited for an hour for a no show. Have since called multiple times and have left many messages –still haven’t heard back!
