History

Established in 2014.

I have been teaching prenatal yoga since 2012 and always love to expand with more specialties for the whole family, but especially for mommy and baby. I am passionate about what I do and love every minute of teaching and learning while connecting with people in my community.

Business Owner

Teaching Yoga and being around pregnant women and babies are some of the things I like most. There’s nothing better than being a part of the greatest gift in life, which is bringing new life into this world. I enjoy the whole process of pregnancy and labor and love supporting women in every way I can.

I’m very passionate and enjoy all my classes. I always feel there is more to learn and I find ways to do just that.

I am a registered yoga teacher and registered prenatal yoga teacher, about to complete my registration for teaching kids yoga (I am certified kids yoga teacher).

I’m also a birthing from within mentor, holding classes in Broward county for expecting parents.
