I went on Friday December 11th to get my nails done with my friend, she had hers done by Soledad and I had mine done by Jenni, the owner. My friend went ahead of me because Jenni wasn’t ready yet. when it was my turn Jenni rushed through it and we were done before my friend was who started before me. At first I thought, well maybe she’s just faster because she’s been doing it longer… well fast forward to today December 19th… one week later and 7 of my 10 gel nails have already peeled off. My friend who had hers done by Soledad looks brands new. Not only did they not offer to fix them for me free of charge but they wouldn’t even give me a partial refund. This was my first and last time at this place. What’s worse is that they told me to come in only to say that they won’t fix it for free. What a waste if my time and money.

This is a great, clean salon. They are always intentional with cleaning right after finishing with your pedicure! It’s décor is beautiful and music always very relaxing. Manicures come with a shoulder and neck rub which is extremely rare to find considering that it’s suppose to be included in all manicure when taught in school.

I’m giving the place 5 stars because everyone was nice and professional. Lusvin was sweet and had patience with my rough feet. The mellow music is great and the salon looked very classy.

Today was my first time here. I had a good experience. I got a hot stone pedicure by Danly. I paid $ 28($ 23 is the original pedi w/hot towel). The lady was very nice… when I first called to make my appt. the person who answered was nice & gave me an apt right away. I got there and was greeted immediately and taken to my massage chair right away. The place is very clean! I think I found my spot finally!

I’ve been a regular to this nail salon for the past two years. It’s very clean and the décor gives you a real spa feel. I have always received a great mani/pedi/wax. Probably the best in the area. I have learned the best time to come is weekday mornings. It’s their slow time which means no appointment needed, it’s quiet & relaxing and they take their time. As a mother of 2 toddlers it’s exactly what I need. The weekends are a different story. It’s very busy. Wait times can be long even with an appointment. And they rush thru the services. I avoid at all cost! Some people have mentioned poor customer service. I have never had an issue with anyone being rude nor being rude to anyone else. However, I will admit they are not the friendless bunch. Which is fine with me. I’m not there to make friends or have conversation. I just want good services and relax in peace & quiet!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! I’ve been getting pedicures here for months and recently decided to get acrylics again. I was lucky enough to get Steven and he was(is) AMAZING! He takes his time and is such a perfectionist when doing my nails and my pedicure. I have a couple of friends who also go here and they each have their own favorites so I know that every nail tech here is stellar. Not to mention the ambiance and décor is very classy, relaxing and always clean.

I love this little gem in Cooper City. I’ve been there 4 times and have always had great service and I love my nails. I have found my nail tech– Rosie is an artist and is so good at what she does. Not only is she good(a little OCD, which I love) but she is real and genuine. Rosie tells it like is but is never rude or abrasive. The location is clean and the techs are pleasant. They give you water when you arrive and you also get a neck and shoulder massage when getting a manicure. Pedicures include a hot stone massage– it’s so amazing. They do offer appointments for walk ins but if you want someone in specific an appointment is better. I always enjoy my me time at Omega!

I just started going to this salon and I am extremely happy. Hot rock massage with pedicure and neck massage with manicure are both great perks. I don’t feel rushed when I am there. Staff is pleasant and caring.

I used to really like this Nail Spa, but the service is has been pretty bad my last two visits. I received my first gel manicure here from Chanel, and it was problem after problem. First they were out of pretty much every color I asked for, and I was just trying to find a basic neutral pink polish. The technician could not have looked less happy to be working. She was pretty much scowling the whole time during my pedicure and manicure services. She kept me waiting in the pedicure chair for ages in between stages of the service. Despite how long I was in the pedicure chair the service was really subpar. When I finally got to the gel manicure, it seemed like she had no idea what she was doing. She kept walking away and not reseting the dryer for my nails, the technician next to me had to lean over and try on the dryer several times. After two coats my nails looked really uneven, so I asked for a third coat which she applied and they looked better. After a few days, I noticed that the color was looking funky and spotted like can of painted that needs to be mixed. Within less than a week the gel was peeling off. On a subsequent visit, I decided to just have a regular manicure since my experience with the gel was bad. The edges of the polish was rough and within a couple of days it was chipping pretty badly and I can usually get almost a week out of a standard manicure. I won’t be visiting this nail spa again.

This was my first time here & the only reason I came initially was because they were open the latest on a Sunday. I walked in 1 hour before closing & only had to wait about 7 min for a pedicure. My nail technician was«Chanel» and did an excellent job. I was amazed by the amount of quality furnishings & detail the owner put into this place, unlike other nail salons. I was also offered complementary bottled water. Even though this place isn’t near me I will definitely come back again & highly recommend Chanel.

This is a review for Pedicure only. Tried the Hot Stone Lavender Spa Pedicure($ 32). I probably should have just gone with the regular Hot Stone Spa Pedicure($ 25) as I am not sure what extras the Lavender Pedicure had except a lavender scrub. Perhaps some extra massage as the length of the massage was a bit more than the average pedicure. At the end of the massage, the tech did use the hot stones which felt really nice, but she only used them for about 30 seconds on each foot. Otherwise, the rest of the pedicure was very pedestrian. I did not think the nail grooming was very meticulous. I don’t even expect great attention to callouses at pedicures(unless they are at a podiatrist) but the attention here was virtually nonexistent. A cursory swipe with a stone and that was it; not even an attempt at a scrub. This was one of the fastest spa pedicures I have ever had and I felt rushed, like they were trying to rush me in and out of the chair. I did not find the front desk or nail tech to be warm at all. I was not offered water or coffee. This salon is not far from me but just a little more out of the way than I am used to going… too far for me to go for this type of service again. For now a three because of the decent massage. Will see how long the polish lasts and might have to revise depending on that.

Anyone that knows me knows I hang out in Broward more than my hm town of Dade. After getting my hair done I decided to check out a nail salon bcuz I knew once I made it back down south that my nail tech would be packed. I decided to look on Unilocal and see what the fellow Unilocalers had ranked. Seeing that this place has 4 ½ stars I was tempted to check it out. I must say, the salon is impeccably clean and tranquil. The receptionist Brittany was extremely nice and helpful. I had to wait a while giveth it’s a pretty busy salon but it’s not a chaotic scene though. I was soon seen by Bac. I must say that one of the owners Jenny, she looked right over me and took the customer that came after me. Maybe she was«profiling» and thought I wouldn’t tip or something lol but the receptionist did tell her I was next and was waiting a while. But she still took the other customer. One star taken away. I was then seated for my mani and I must say that the massage on my hands felt great. They also offer a bottle of water. But the best part is when the are down massaging your hands and wrap them in hot towels, they have u lean over and rest your head on the table and massage your neck and shoulders! I was like wtf in a very good way though lol! You can’t even get a proper massage on your hands now and days when getting a mani. Next was the pedi. The pedi was awesome as well. After exfoliating and lotioning they bring hot stones out to massage your legs w. Now that’s what u call relaxation and a good hour to yourself. The only reason why I can only give 3 stars is bcuz even though the massages and service were nice, the polish job and cuticle cutting were horrible! The guy was too nice for me to be like uh, no. I’ll return but maybe go to someone else. All in all, great atmosphere. Owner Jenny need to learn manners. Technician that did my nails need to learn how to paint and cut cuticles better. I’m way too embarrassed to post a pic and won’t even do them like that lol
