I specialize in spiritual guidance, couples counseling, marriage therapy, anger management, psychological evaluations, individual therapy for anxiety, depression, post-​traumatic stress disorder/​trauma therapy, and family therapy.

I also specialize in therapy/​counseling for substance abuse.

I also specialize in Life Coaching and Executive Coaching.

I have openings for new appointments within 24 hours and I provide ²⁴⁄₇ support to my ongoing clients.

Business Owner

I am the owner of The International Center for the Attainment of Love and Joy, LLC. I am a Licensed Psychologist and a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker.

I graduated from the University of Minnesota, with a double major in Child Psychology and Social Welfare, receiving a Bachelor of Arts. I graduated from The University of St. Thomas with a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology.

I was awarded upon graduating from The University of Minnesota the academic award Phi Beta Kappa. This is in honor of extraordinary academic performance as a student at The University of Minnesota.
