Great place for oil changes very nice lobby reasonable prices they will try to pitch a sell to you on something that doesn’t need fixing i.e. air filter. But they do that everywhere just don’t worry Bout it and politely decline everything else is great about this spot

I had a great visit on Saturday checking out used Wranglers with my daughter!
I’ve never been here before so I didn’t know what to expect. And I generally despise dealerships. But my daughter will reach driving age this summer and she’s getting a used Wrangler. So we wanted to check them out and put our hands on one.
We met with Brian Saastamoinen and he was FANTASTIC! I explained to him that we weren’t ready to buy yet but we needed to get some product knowledge and to make a few decisions… like 2 doors or 4 doors. Brian was super nice and super knowledgeable. He was like a living, breathing Jeep Wrangler encyclopedia. And he let us test drive 2 Wranglers, a 2 door and a 4 door.
My daughter now LOVES Jeeps even more! And she’s now OBSESSED with Wranglers! It looks like Chrysler has a new female customer as a result of how nice they treated my daughter.
The only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars at this point is because we haven’t actually bought a Jeep yet and this was our first visit.
We’ll be back!

I bought a 2015 Jeep Renegade about 3 weeks ago from this dealership. On the day I bought it I pulled into the parking lot, got out of my car, and began walking toward the door. There was a gentleman standing outside that opened the door for me, escorted me in the building, and started asking me questions. He was a salesman, but since I already sold on the car I wanted, he wasted no time with the chit-​chat. We walked toward his desk and didn’t even sit down for more than a minute before he led me out for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the car and all of the features included, and was very personable when talking with me and my grandma, who came along for the ride. The financial advisor in the business office was very kind, didn’t pressure us into any extra services, and seemed to really want the best for me in my new journey. Overall my experience here was top notch compared to the last dealership I bought from. They even put my license places on for me when they came in last week! The whole staff seems eager to help!

Words can not express how I feel about this dealership. I had thought about buying a new car for months. Never did I think of looking for dealerships in Coon Rapids. I’m very glad I took a visit here. Immediately entering the door, we met Keith. THE BEST SALESMAN EVER! He was not pushy, he found just what we were looking for without any hesitation. This place is the best. From the time General Manager Bruce Kittlistved met me before I even got out of my car to the hour and a half sales person Greg Richter sat with me patiently in the vehicle and showed me how to operate my vehicle, every interaction with these guys was top notch. After a referral, I drove 50 miles each way to go here and it was well worth the drive. I will recommend a Jeep Grand Cherokee and this dealership to everyone. If service matters to you as well as price competitiveness, you must try these guys and consider a Jeep. May have been the best service on any purchase, ever. And I’m a tough critic.
