Be warned: This company is ok until you need something fixed. An emergency in the middle of the night is unspeakable. They don’t handle things during the night, according to the manager. This includes no water and a backed up septic system. What is one supposed to do if the HVAC goes out or if there is a major leak in the roof? Are we supposed to suffer until they are open for business? I do believe this is against basic renters laws.
