I am the owner of ERA TEAM Real Estate in Conway, AR. I am an ERA Relocation Specialist. I am preferred Realtor for many of the Relocation Companies. I am also a Military Certified Residential Specialist. My Team assists home owners in Conway, Greenbrier, Vilonia, Mayflower and all of Faulkner County to sell their homes. We assist buyers wanting to buy a home in Conway, Greenbrier, Vilonia, Mayflower and all of Faulkner County to find that special home that meets all their wants and needs. We assist first time buyers through the maze of paperwork involved in the purchase of their first home. We work with builders of new construction homes in three subdivisions.

History

Established in 2000.

In 2000 I passed the real estate exam and started selling real estate in Conway, Greenbrier, Vilonia, Mayflower and all of Faulkner County. In 2003 I moved to ERA Henley Real Estate. In 2009 I expanded my team by adding George Heintzen and then in 2012 I added team members Susan Jarvis and Mark Tidwell. Tanya Moix joined us this year as a Buyer’s Agent.

I grew up in Delaplaine, in Greene County, in the northeastern part of Arkansas. I attended Arkansas State University and Crowley’s Ridge College. I married Mark Tidwell in 1979. I am the mother of 2 girls and a boy and have 5 grandchildren. I have sold real estate in Conway since 2000.
