Horseback Riding of Myrtle Beach

Had a wonderful time!!! My two friends and I went for the beach ride from Myrtle Beach State Park. They had already gone two years before and said it was awesome! The horses were very sweet and well trained. I have ridden since I was 5 and had always wanted to ride on the beach!!! The weather was amazing! We had a sunny day that was full of fun and laughs! My friends and I will be going back!

We had a great ride along country roads. Buster was knowledgeable & obviously cares well for his horses. Just like other reviewers, we also got pictures on a disk for free to remember the event. We will definitely ride with this business again.

Just rode with Brittany and Buster for the second. It was great. They are friendly, personal and easy going. Their horses are well taken care of and obviously loved. An hour and a half ride and a disk of pictures. I will ride again with them next year. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a relaxing ride. They are the best!!!

The first review left for this business provides a great summary. Additional info — $ 60 for a 90-​minute ride through pretty countryside. Guides provided helpful instruction for first-​time riders. The horses were well-​behaved and very well cared for. The riding guide took digital photos of all the riders and burned cds for everyone at the end of the ride. We’ll definitely be calling them again during the off (when you can ride along the beach). Great outing! :-D

Great outing for everyone. This is a trail ride for beginners or anyone who wants something different at the beach. The guides are friendly, helpful, and informative. The horses were easy going and easy to manage. (I had never even touched a horse and it was fine). My older parents (83 and 77) both were fine with the ride as well. This is out in the country about 25 miles from North Myrtle Beach but it’s worth the drive for a fun couple of hours. They indicated children as young as 8 with no experience had ridden there. I would say this is suitable for anyone and was good for a family or group outing. The horses were well cared for and the site was nice (an old tobacco farm in the woods). There was a portable restroom on the site and parking was easy. The address was in the GPS but you may want to allow an extra few minutes for the country roads. They provided water and bug spray. Everyone enjoyed it a lot. This was longer and cheaper than some of the places that advertised «beach riding» which is not allowed for most of the year on the public beach. The ride was mostly shaded so the heat wasn’t a big deal.
