Patch and Paint Pros is a house painting company that specializes in drywall and plaster repair. Our professional painters can handle plaster damage, ceiling replacements and get it all painted in no time. Other painters run away from heavy repairs, but not the Patch and Paint Pros.

We have very detailed estimates that list pricing for every room. Each room also includes Repair and Painting pricing so you know exactly what is included.

Our pro painters can handle ceiling and wall repairs of all sizes. This includes drywall repairs, installation and finishing. Once the prep is complete, our painters can then have it all painted with straight lines and a smooth finish.

History

Established in 2011.

Patch and Paint Pros started officially a few years ago, but the owner Ryan has been doing the work for years. He started repair drywall and painting in middle school. While in high school Ryan worked with his uncle’s high end custom remodeling company. He even repaired plaster and painted through college.

After graduation, Ryan decided to get back into the drywall and painting trades. When remodeling houses, you got Plumbers, Electricians, then call us to hand the finishing work. Our drywall contractors and house painters can also handle basic wood trim installation.

Patch and Paint Pros guarantees high quality repair and painting services to home owners in the tri-​county area. Our painters take pride in their work and will leave your home cleaner than we found it.

Business Owner

Ryan has been repairing drywall and painting houses in Montgomery County for 20 years. He started repairing drywall and painting houses while in middle school. From there he learned basic framing and trim skills while working with his uncle’s custom carpentry business. After high school, he left the county for a few years to earn a engineering degree from Penn State University. While there, Ryan helped pay the bills by repairing damaged walls in fraternity houses and repainting rentals over the summer with a local painting company in the area.

Upon graduation, Ryan worked in medical, oil recycling and home services industries before getting back to his roots repairing and painting homes. Patch and Paint Pros house painters specialize in helping home owners repair water damage, trouble shoot settling cracks, and other home inspection services that will help preserve the value and beauty of your home. Schedule an appointment to get an estimate on small kitchen drywall installation. We told the PPP person where we were located in CC but I guess he was not listening because he called before the appointment and found out he had gone to a similar address in Northeast Phila. Since it was the morning of New Year’s eve my husband rescheduled the appointment for Monday, January 4th and the PPP person was a no show and never called. We will post similar review on Angie’s list. :(:(:(

I recently bought a 100+ year old house. Our front room (parlor?) and dining room had awful wallpaper, cracked and in some cases peeling off plaster, and some pretty ugly trim and baseboards. These guys came in, demo everything, drywalled, finished, painted, and put up new trim and baseboards. And they managed to get it all done in 2 weeks just in time for Thanksgiving (we were having guests). My wife and I and all our guests were very impressed with how great the rooms looked.
The workers were all really nice and always showed up when they said they would show up.

I had the pleasure of using Patch and paint pro’s for a residential construction job. As a person that works in the trades it is really refreshing to have a company of professionals that are reliable, customer service driven and do exceptional work. Ryan (one of the owners) has been a pleasure to work with. Andrew was assigned to my project and he exceeded my expectations on quality and customer service. My very challenging customers had nothing but positive things to say about him. Needless to say I can not say enough good things about this company. If only all companies could operate at such a professional level. I highly recommend them for all your painting and drywall needs!

Wish I could give these guys zero stars! Had an emergency repair job that I needed to get done and I did everything I could while on vacation to schedule these guys to come out (sent pictures, took off from work and contacted them while out of town). From what I thought we were good to go until I got a call saying that they needed to reschedule… on the day they were supposed to come out. Then after looking at the job, they decided to jerk me around because «the job was too small». Wow! I wish you guys had told me this when I first made the appointment. Never again! If you want someone reliable… DON’T CALL Patch and Paint Pros!!!

PPP painted our entire house in April 2015 (approx. 2,100 sq ft). They were excellent from the beginning — starting with the estimate from Ryan. He walked through the whole house and helped us understand what we we needed. My wife picked all of the colors but some were from different companies and PPP did an amazing job matching them perfectly. Every job from PPP is assigned a project lead — which really helps the customer focus their energy on one person.
The job was pretty big — we wanted polka-​dots painted on one wall, perfect arrows on another, two coats, ceilings, walls, trim, doors, interior of closets…
In the end I think we had around 10 or so different colors throughout the whole house. If there was even one tiny imperfection on a wall, even a closet interior, the guys went over it again for us without complaints.
I would recommend giving them a call because they really work with the customer to do a perfect paint job and the guys are all really personable, too. 5 stars.

Ryan and his staff painted our kitchen, dining and living rooms, and 3 other rooms before we moved in last summer. Ryan came in to give an estimate and spent a good amount of time measuring and discussing the work to be done. He emailed us a quote that night and his was best out of 3 other ones from other mainline painters. After the work was done, he returned to patch up areas damaged by movers without extra charge. He and his employees were courteous, easy to deal with, and finished the work on time. I really thought he gave us a great deal for the amount of work done and we are very happy with the result. Will call him again when we are ready to redo the 2nd floor.

I hired Ryan to do some patch work repair I had some very old plaster ceiling that was chipping and cracking. His guys came in patched and primed the ceiling in a few hours and did a great job. They came prompt right when he said he would and left without leaving a trace. Will use him again and recommend to my friends.

Ryan at Patch and Paint Pros is AMAZING! We bought a house back in December and each room needed to be painted. I had tried two other professional painting companies in the area before finding Ryan and I wish I would have found him sooner.
He and his crew were really professional and NICE. I felt totally comfortable having them in my home. I had a difficult room that needed to be painted due to high vaulted ceilings, and I also wanted a chair rail installed. Patch and Paint pros did a wonderful job at both!
Patch and Paint Pros were quick to come and give me and estimate, allowed me to schedule the painting on days that worked best for me and were on time the day of.
They were also VERY CLEAN! I just had new carpeting put in and there was not one paint spill, when they left you couldn’t even tell they had been there.
All and All I highly recommend Patch and Paint Pros and will definitely be using them again!

We recently used Patch and Paint Pros to have our living room, stairwell, and upstairs hallway painted. We directly dealt with Ryan, the owner, the whole time. He showed up on time for our estimate appointment and we received the quote within 24 hours. Ryan had estimated two days of work to complete the project, and during that time he kept our house clean and organized and gave updates every few hours. Patch and Paint pros finished the job and it looked amazing! Everything came out perfect. He even painted our base boards, which was not part of our quote since they were a different shade than rest of the rooms. Great touch! Between their professionalism, friendliness, quality of work, ability to meet deadlines, and not to mention reasonable priced — choosing to work with this local company was the best choice we made. I could not have made a better decision than to hire Patch and Paint Pros!

Was in Philly area last week stayin at my sisters place while she was having some work done to her new house. She hired these guys (a fairly new company she heard about through a friends recommendation) to do some drywall repair in her basement, as well as paint her foyer and upstairs bathroom. Now my sister is not a big Unilocaler, but I felt it necessary to write about our experience with Patch and Paint Pros. First of all this is not your average contracting company. These guys called ahead, arrived when they said they would, and did a fantastic job. We dealt directly with the owner (ryan), and had a very polite, clean cut crew of guys show up to do the work. I felt the pricing was very reasonable. They even took 5 mins to help me move an old recliner out of the basement. This is a locally run business that i would recommend to anyone for odd jobs around the house. Very impressed with their attention to customer service.
