Similar to other customers, I have been a loyal customer. I purchased the highest tanning package(with the most increments) as it worked best with my lifestyle and since it would never expired. I returned to find the store closed without any notice from being their less than 3 weeks prior. I called an affiliated branch located in Roxborough and followed their instructions on contacting my bank. Since I purchased the package last summer my bank said that I would not be able to file a dispute of a purchase as it was past 90 days. She recommended to contact the local better business bureau. PLease message me if anyone else has success to honor the rest of their sessions… or have found success in a refund.
