I wanted to update this review (with another 5 stars) because I’ve now been a client of Jean’s for over a year. In additional to her wonderful electrolysis work, she also does great facials. I’ve briefly spoken to some of her other clients & a few are driving quite a distance to see her. I think that speaks highly of the services she provides. Additionally, her office is both professional & comfortable. Parking in the lot is easy & getting in/out onto Butler Pike has never been problematic for me. I always recommend Jean to others because I know they will be in good hands.

I got my glow again! I have problematic skin & have been getting facials for over 20 years, trying countless spas & pricey products. I never had a facial experience that left me feeling & looking so amazing. When you have large pores & you nearly fall asleep —well that’s special. Her office is charming. every detail is thought of from the client’s point of view. Her touch is soothing & nurturing– (a big compliment since I am a massage therapist). Products– all natural– & I learned a lot. but falling asleep as she was unclogging these pores? Really? that’s professional talent. love!
