My initial review would score a 3.5 out of 5 stars on Unilocal.I just got my car back from Forrest Auto Body. This was my first time dealing with this shop. The car looks good. I had someone back into my passenger side front door two weeks ago. Their insurance paid for everything. The body work looks good. The paint looks good. Quick turn around took only 5 days. There is a something a little funky going on with a piece of trim around the handle on the door that was fixed. There also may be a little flaw on the front fender in front of the door where they blended the paint. Today is 19 degree, so I will look at it more closely tomorrow when the weather is warmer. My only pet peeve is that I feel like a car should be fully detailed before retuning to a customer after a body shop has it. The car looks somewhat cleaned, but not a full detail. If it was a full detail, it was not a good job. I will contact the shop after I get a better look at the car and update my review from there.

I just took my car here because of all the great reviews, and had a wonderful experience. The owner was responsive, fixed my car quickly, and gave me a great rate as I was paying myself as opposed to going through insurance. His staff was friendly and went the extra mile. My car was completely cleaned and looked like new once I got it back. I will definitely be coming back here and recommending to my friends.

Had extensive damage to my Toyota Camry. Tom did a outstanding job getting my car back together.
I had a small issue with my locks and he picked up the car from my residence personally, fixed the issue and returned the car the same day. Outstanding customer service.
I definitely recommend this place.

A drunk driver did a number on 6 parked cars on my block. Once the insurance was figured out Tom took my car in and worked his magic! I had to bring in back to get something else taken care of and he gladly dropped me off and picked me back up since I live not too far from his shop. He even gave me some good advice on a different issue and I will most definitely bring my car back to him if there are any future concerns.

Tom is amazing. These guys really go the extra mile. My car has been repaired here once, the day after I got it. It came back looking better than it had going in. I just was backed into this morning, and will be giving him a call this afternoon. I would not take my business anywhere else. I would highly recommend him for anything, he was even patient with all of my questions.

Tom & his team did an amazing job! I would highly recommend this shop. I just bought a 2011 BMW 328 xi and hit a deer driving home. My car had 1000 miles on it. I was a mess — but Tom reassured me that they would take care of it & he definitely delivered on his promise in a timely manner. It was in the shop a week, and came out like brand new. You couldn’t tell I had any work done. It was PERFECT. Thank you Forrest Auto Body!
