Another bad service center. You think you’re getting better service from the pros when you go to an actual dealer and maybe don’t mind paying for that supposed premium service. What you don’t know is that they cut corners and work on fixed hours. The manufacturer defines how long it takes to do an oil change so they can’t go over that, even if it requires them to remove certain parts in order to get to your oil filter instead of bending the part down for quick access, or not at all. This happens at many dealers. If Conicelli didn’t do this to me, they just neglected to tell me that the pans underneath were missing or being held on by one screw. I have a newer SUV too.
I had them do my brakes too. Mistake. Been back there 2 – 3 times because they squeak as if they were old. They can’t figure it out and they won’t even put more anti-​squeak goo on there to prevent me from coming back for more «no charge» looks at the situation. I guess brakes are too hard for them to do.
I’ve even gone there normal hours when they said a mechanic would be available and when I showed up he was gone. Apparently there are no other mechanics who understand Toyotas there?
I won’t be going here again. Clowns.

Welcome to Hell on Earth! Ladies and gentlemen this is where the Devil lives. Let me tell you a story. I decided that I wanted to trade my car in for something better on gas. I had a gas guzzling SUV that only got 10 MPG. I decided to take the trek over to the devils playground… AKA Toyota Conicelli. Great! I spoke with Lucifer… Pat B. the sales consultant He was going to give me full trade in value for my car! NO WAY! and sold me a used Toyota Corolla with 36k on it for for $ 18,500. 2 years go by, no accidents, oil change every 5,000 miles, tires rotated, the whole kitten kaboodle, added 20k miles to the car, and said to myself, «its time for a bigger car,» I’am 6’1 250. So I naturally go back to the company I trust. BIG MISTAKE. I get my car appraised. They offer me… this is the best part. $ 5,000 for my trade in. Disgusting how could they??? How could my car depreciate by 10k in only 2 years and 20,000 miles. I know how!!! Complete and utter scumbags that would sell you a car over priced, because you didnt «haggle» with the sales consultant, and said you wanted your monthly payment «X» amount.
Anyway, I took my car somewhere else and am much happier, they gave me more $ then Conicelli, and told me they would’ve given me more, but said whoever sold you this car «forgot» to mention that the drivers side door was replaced because it was in an accident, thanks Pat B. By the way, just received a letter in the mail from Pat B, with a fake signature asking if I wanted to trade my car in… maybe use a real signature next time instead of a computerized one. Where’s my puke bucket?

Brought my car in for a recall and service (oil change and tire rotation). When I got my car back my the cup holder opener latch on my arm rest was broke. They told me that they talked to the mechanics and they said they «didn’t touch that». They also said they are not responsible for the valets that they require you to use when dropping your car off because they are contracted out from another company. The refused to replace the latch that was broken while the car was in their possession. I spent around $ 2,000 with them in my history and regret every dollar. Don’t go here if you want to pay for the damages they cause and deny.

If I could I would give no stars. I went in around February to figure out what to do with my lease I had long story short I released but with my original dealer in Nj. I called to be nice and say I’m not going with them. Wrong choice on my end I got a 20 minute lecture about what a poor choice I made and bashed the other dealership. First of all if I wanted a lecture I would go to my parents second of all treating your customers like children is how you are getting this review. It sucks u guys didn’t get the sale but you will never get my business again. Nor will I recommend your dealership. I will be calling corporate about the dealer I had and his attitude.

Their dealership is awesome. if you have bad credit they still work with you. I put down not a lot of money and I was able to walk off with my car the same day. They made sure your able to get your car. Me & 2 sisters got cars from this dealership.

Great experience buying from Conicelli. Jacob our salesman was very attentive and did a great job finding exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend Jacob and Conicelli. He was a 10 out of 10

Worst place to be. it is middle of winter and I went to place for wiper refills twice at the location. they don’t have it and worst part my visit was every other week from end of January to February (two week a apart) still don’t have wiper refill. So please think twice before you go there

I took my car in for the last time here today because I am picking up a new make and model on Thursday and thankfully I don’t have to deal with the service department ever again. They have got to be the most unprofessional service team I have ever experienced. Almost all of the service consultants are rude and unfriendly. Today I got stuck with this tacky and rude cashier that had her slurpy on the counter and between that and her chomping her gum it was enough to send me over the edge.
I would say 95% of the employees here are very unfriendly.
They also need to start washing your car when you have your car serviced.
Wake up management you have a mess on your hands. You also need to take a look at how diverse your team IS NOT… Hello you need to mirror your community which isn’t all white.

I have been using Conicelli Toyota since 2004 when I purchased a brand-​new Toyota Corolla Sport… In 2011 I purchased a new Hyundai Sonata at Conicelli Hyundai, and I am very satisfied with the service that I referred my daughter and son-​in-​law two weeks ago and they purchased two used Hyundai Sonata’s.
Overall, Conicelli is the place you want to do business.

I expect used car salesmen to lie to me. I also expect plausible lies, and a courteous smile. Here, I met a salesman who was pathological when telling tales about a used car I test drove; to my face he denied defects that would be obvious to a child. Further, when he realized that I was not about to buy that car, he didn’t offer to show others. He stomped off, then drove the car aggressively back to the lot. I’ve been driving and buying cars for 40 years and this was my worst ever buying experience.

This place is a joke so don’t waste your time even walking on to the lot. They say a car is worth $ 11,000 and $ 14,000 is owed but they have a car same year, model and 13,000 miles more and asking $ 17,000. It’s the worst place I have ever dealt with and I hope you will listen to me. Please take my advice and go elsewhere.

Before I get to my review, I have a public service announcement (skip this part is it doesn’t apply to you): if you are in the market for a 2013 Acura RDX and you find one at Conicelli that is black with tan interior, VIN number 5J8TB4H54DL017517 — DO NOT PAY THE ASKING PRICE OF $ 28.5K FOR THE VEHICLE. I had this pre-​owned car checked by a trusted mechanic who said it needs 4 new tires, a new battery, and new air and cabin filters WITHIN THE NEXT 2 MONTHS. Therefore, if you do decide to purchase this car, you need to demand at least $ 1,000 off the asking price to account for the imminent repairs that Conicelli did not think necessary to perform before offering it for sale (like other dealers do).
Now onto the review — I never write Unilocal reviews (laziness;), but in this case, every single negative review you have read about this dealer/​facility is accurate. Here’s what you need to know if you insist on using Conicelli for your car buying needs: Conicelli as an institution will treat you as though you are a total idiot. Other reviewers have said they don’t respect veterans and Asians; I can tell you they don’t respect white women either. My conclusion, therefore, is that they treat everyone equally — as though we are morons who don’t do any research before buying a car, who don’t request a third party consultation on the (pre-​owned) vehicle before we purchase it, and who don’t ask completely valid questions like «can I see the service record from your in-​house mechanic?» (FYI: they do a basic safety inspection of their pre-​owned vehicles before putting them for sale — this DOES NOT include making ANY repairs that any decent mechanic would recommend). If they did expect their customers to do these 3 things (and I hope you all do!), they would not be in business because people would realize how much $$ they are getting ripped off.
Bottom line take-​aways:
— If you want to be treated like the informed, responsible adult you are when purchasing your first — or fifth — car, DO NOT go to Conicelli.
— If you want a good (or at least fair) deal, DO NOT go to Conicelli. They will take full advantage of consumer ignorance and use it to make a buck.
P. S. I’m convinced every positive review of this dealership was paid for by Conicelli.

Well, we just purchased a brand new rav 4 from another dealership after an unfortunate experience at conicelli yesterday. It should be noted that our salesmen, Jacob, was great. Sadly, we had to deal with the sales manager, Brian, to run the final numbers. Perhaps he thought we were saps, or maybe he thought he could quickly go make another sale to someone else since its a big, busy dealership. Either way, instead of trying to meet us halfway on the numbers, he said it was impossible and shooed us out the door very abruptly without so much as a counter offer. Seriously, has anyone ever accepted the very first number the dealer throws out? Is that what he expected us to do as if we were just born yesterday?
If he truly couldn’t do any better on price, fine, he could have said so in a nice manner instead of giving us the boot. If he had, we would have re-​examined our finances and retuned to conicelli when we had more cash to work with. Lo and behold, the other Toyota dealership we visited today DID meet us on the numbers (at 30 bucks less a month!) and we made the purchase with them. Hopefully Brian can polish his rapport and not leave customers with such a bad taste in their mouths, because that just cost his dealership a big fat sale.

New service center is nice. Updated décor and big screen tvs. Reliable shuttle service and very nice people. Prices are high even for a dealership.

Conicelli Toyota mistreats veterans and their families.
A few years ago, my father, a WWII veteran, bought a brand new Toyota from Conicelli Toyota. Recently, he decided to give up driving because of his poor health, so he gave me the car. He took excellent care of his car, always had is serviced at Conicelli, and racked up very low mileage. Every few months, he received something from Conicelli in the mail stating things such as, «we want to buy your car back from you», and «we promise to give you the best price possible», and «we provide outstanding service to everyone».
Since I already drive a new Jaguar XJ, I decided to take Conicelli up on their offer. I called the dealership and spoke to a manager. Based on the VIN number, the records for the car that they had on file, and the low mileage, he told me he would give me approx. $ 10,500 for the car. So, I decided to take the car in and sell it.
Then, the problems began. My experience with Conicelli Toyota was anything but professional, courteous, or enjoyable. When I first arrived, I was met by a rather rude sales person. He greeted us with a sour look on his face, no smile, no handshake — nothing to indicate that he appreciated us as a potential customer. He began our «business relationship» by ordering me around — «give me your title» — «give me the key to the car» — «move the car around front so that someone can look at it». Never once did this person say please or thank you.
Since I just wanted to sell the car and be done with it, I did as he «ordered». Then, my wife and I sat there for a very long time, waiting, and waiting, and waiting. Then, this guy comes over to us, practically throws my title back at me, and says, «the manager will give you $ 8000 for the car».
WHAT? First, the offer was $ 10,500. Now, for no reason. It’s $ 8,000? No one in the dealership even looked at the car. No one opened the doors, looked under the hood, or took it for a test drive. Thus, they were basing this «new» offer on the same exact information that they got from me over the phone. Clearly, this is a ploy that they use to «get you into the dealership» so then can then low-​ball you. For the record, this car, in this condition with this mileage, is worth approx. $ 13,000 according to the Kelly Blue Book, and all other ratings.
Of course, I was immediately insulted and realized they had lied to me, so my wife and I left.
Here comes the «good part».
This guy — this loser sales person — chases after us in the parking lot, yells some rather choice words, says «F_​_​_​you» to us, then shoots us the middle finger.
Wow. Not sure what to say about.
Making matters a little worse, when we called to complain, «that» department (the used cars department) would not answer the phone (clearly, they were screening their calls). So, we were forced to call a different department. We spoke to John Hammond, a manager. While he seemed upset and concerned, he was not the most professional person to deal with either. Several times, he «warned» me to stop talking over him so that he explain the situation to me! Really, John. As if you were there, and now you are going to tell me what happened? This guy Hammond literally said he wasn’t even sure if this entire situation even happened, and he would have to pull the video tapes to confirm it!
Wow, again. As if I even have the time or the desire to fabricate such a story. Here is the icing on the cake — my wife took a picture of this guy as he was shooting us the middle finger. You can guess where that photo is going. Yep, «social media» — thus, everyone will be able to see just how terrible these people at Conicelli Toyota treat their customers.
I’ve been dealing with Main Line Jaguar for over 20 years, and I have NEVER, EVER had anything like this happen!
Yet, my father, a 90 year old World War II veteran, took his car to them faithfully for years. If for no other reason, one would think that Conicelli Toyota would treat me (his son) with more respect. After all, they would have simply turned the car over for a profit. Moreover, shooting the middle finger at me and my wife shows a complete lack of respect. It’s difficult for me, as someone who employs over 840 people at my firm, to understand how they can afford to keep such people on their payroll. Clearly, this situation does nothing but seriously damage Conicelli Toyota’s reputation and brand.
Bottom line: AVOID CONICELLI TOYOTA AT ALL COSTS. THEY LIE. THEY ABUSE THEIR CLIENTS. AND, THEY DISRESPECT EVERYONE THAT DISAGREES WITH THEIR LYING AND ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR.

So, this past Saturday my husband got a letter in the mail dated April 7^th, 2015 that says Thank you for coming today we know purchasing a car is a huge obligation. blah blah signed by John Hagerty. I immediately grab the phone and call because we we have NOT BOUGHT OR LOOKED AT BUYING A NEW CAR SINCE 2008. So in my head I am going FRAUD… I get the receptionist on the phone and ask to speak with John Hagerty (again person who signed the letter). She pages him he doesn’t pick up. I explain to her my situation and how panicked I am, any who had had their Identity stolen knows what a pain it is to restore. She tells me there was someone in with my husband’s name on April 6^th. This individuals visit is attached to our address, husband’s employers phone number and some other random number. I ask her if ID was shown she said no it appears from what she can tell the individual was looking to purchase a used Toyota. (Mother sitting in front to me as this conversation over the phone is going on). She proceeded to give me the other phone number listed on the account and I called. I got voice mail of someone with the same name as my husband’s. Fast forward to today. Still concerned about this issue, I called to speak today with John Hagerty to see if he possibly remembered anything about this guy or was this a mistake? Remember I already called on Saturday. He asks for phone number, sir both cell phone and hone numbers are not linked but I can give you an address. his reply «are you sure it was me I don’t send letters I send emails», umm yeah I am positive because where else would I have gotten you name??? The name fairy? Well if you don’t want to give me your number? Really??? Does anyone there LISTEN??? Now fuming I ask to speak to a manager and no voice mails… well I get what I think is the biggest JERK I have ever heard on the phone from the HONDA showroom Anthony!!! I am still red in the face just thinking about my phone call with him… He tells me no one with that name was in and John has an appointment today with someone… so you randomly send letters to people saying thanks for coming in today? Guess what Anthony asks for??? You guessed it my PHONE NUMBER!# Same story. NOW really fuming I get Paula DiGiacomo. Now there is a real gem… explained to the whole story again (3 times now). guess what she asked for??? YUP you got it. took some information and told me she would call me back (not holding my breath), wanted to tell her about the 2 people working at this place and the way I was treated. nope wouldn’t hear. WELL DOMINIC CONICELLI… HEAR THIS I WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE HERE AND WILL MAKE SURE TO TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THE POOR SERVICE. AND IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK TO ME PAULA HAD MY NUMBER

The service provided to me by Conicelli Toyota’s parts department was so wonderful that it ought to be a crime for me to not leave them a review.
I bought a good amount of parts over the internet from Conicelli Toyota and it was process very quickly. Unfortunately, the box arrived in a terrible shape. The boxed was probably manhandled around by the employees of an unnamed shipping company every time they had to move it and thus the box was very beat up.
Unsurprisingly, some items inside the box was also damaged to the point that it was probably not a good idea to use them. I contacted Conicelli Toyota’s parts department to let them know what happened and they shipped me replacement parts the very next day.
I really appreciate the great service I received from Conicelli Toyota’s parts department and will definitely buy parts from them again.

Purchased a car here almost two weeks ago. As a first time car buyer, the sales team was extremely informative and laid out several options. They took the time to explain options and helped us make the best decision. Did not feel pressured or pushed at all. We were there pretty much all afternoon and evening spending time looking at different cars and seeing what would be best for us. It was a great experience and definitely recommend this venue to others.

UPDATE to my used car purchase … it’s been a little over a month, and the detailers wax and scratch remover has started to wear off, and wouldn’t you know, scratches EVERYWHERE on the hood and trunk. Deliberately hidden by a professional detail job… you seriously need to hate yourself if you are going to buy a car here. I guess this is why they were so hell bent on selling a dings, dents, and scratches warranty.

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change for our Scion. My wife takes the car in and they say «You’re here for your 40,000 mile service»? My wife thinks that this means oil change (because that’s what we scheduled) and says yes. They rotate the tires, check the brakes (which were just checked when inspected), and clean the cabin air filter and charge an extra $ 65 on top of the oil change price.
Out of principle, I won’t be going there again.
