Horrible customer service, rude high school age employees. They charge money for dipping sauce? How can you order 20 wings and not get dipping sauce? Ranch and blue cheese should always come with an order of wings. On top of all the the wings were greasy and undercooked. Horrible corporation all around, don’t waste your time.

Wow! I can’t say enough bad things about this particular location. How I don’t wish this level of bad service on my worst enemy. Line out the door, cold orders, oblivious cashiers, all in one location, pretty incredible!

I’m leaving Bmt, Tx & decided to stop at this Wingstop on the way out. We ordered three different set of wings-​boneless & traditional-​which were so greasy, you could barely eat the actual chicken. We waited almost 30 mins for the order to be ready & was so upset at all the grease at the bottom of the food trays. Also, all of the tables had trash left from previous customers & there was a huge puddle of water on the floor by the restrooms. No sign was up. My toddler walked straight in it. :-/​I do not recommend this Wingstop.

My family and I got sick after eating here. I called the next day to let the manager know and he was so inconsiderate and rude. Instead of apologizing he asked if we we went to the hospital. He refused to refund our meal and apologize. He went on to say had we went to the hospital the store would’ve refunded all of our medical bills. He won’t even refund the meal how am I supposed to believe that??? We will never eat at any wingstop again.
