I had to have my 2009 MINI Cooper hard top towed there the last week of December. I was a little worried about price gauging (turns out I had a great warranty anyways) but, Landon made me feel at ease. He was so polite, professional, and made sure all questions were answered! After I got my car back, My Fiancé and I decided we should we should look into buying a new MINI with more room. Of course, we went back to MINI of The Woodlands. The staff made sure I got what I wanted at a price I could live with. Thankfully, I went from a 2009 MINI Cooper Hardtop to a 2015 Countryman S! I absolutely LOVE it! A huge thanks to James, Lonnie, the finance guy, and all the other wonderful people that helped! Now i’m just waiting on that promised detail !!;)

We had a wonderful car buying experience at Mini of the Woodlands. Joey was friendly, knowledgeable and really easy going. We shopped around at other dealerships and decided to come back to Mini of the Woodlands because the service was so good. We were really put off by the huge dealerships and liked the personalized, no pressure service we received here. We compared car prices from other sellers around the nation before we went in and felt like we got a great car for a fair price.

Outstanding service, sales and seriously the greatest car buying expedience I have ever had (and I’ve bought lots of cars, in particular Mini Coopers! James Norrell is a fantastic salesman. He understood that I knew what I wanted, what I had to trade in and how to work to make that happen. He should be commended for this extraordinary work. As well as the girl who walked me through the finance process. I could go on and on about my happiness in dealing with Mini Cooper of the Woodlands, but I’ll stop for now!

I was wondering if after all these years you’d like to meet. To purchase… a MINI.
Obviously since Adele is British she should drive a MINI. I like to think that, anyway. MINI of the Woodlands is a pretty phenomenal place to buy one, she would probably have a ball. I certainly did.
I set out to buy a Countryman S. I have two dogs and I wanted room but not sacrifice horsepower for that bigger body. I brought two cars to trade. It’s so typical of me to talk about myself, I’m sorry.
Brian showed me the inventory. He sat down and got to know me just a bit. He actually convinced me that a Cooper 4 door was more my speed. He couldn’t have been more right. Paying less and being happier is a win/​win for sure.
The car buying process can be very stressful, but the people at MINI of the Woodlands were patient, kind, and fair. We negotiated a great deal and I’m so glad I bought the hot little car that I did. Now I don’t have to be embarrassed of my car. Now I can drive so fast it doesn’t even matter.
Before you go to any other MINI dealerships say hello from the other side of Houston. The north side. Get your MINI from the Woodlands. Adele would approve.

I leased a Mini cooper S back in Oct with lots of good help from Keith. What stood out was his quick response time although half of it was thru email due to a busy work schedule. I was quite particular about the color and specs, but he located one for me quickly and brought it over from another city. It was also my first lease so I had plenty of questions there that he helped understand/​answer. It was a hectic time for me since I had just moved to Houston, but the experience and salesmanship here was fantastic.

I recently purchased a car from Mini of the Woodlands. I would rate the experience a solid 4.5. I was helped by Joseph Townley and Natalie Bunting.
While there was a few mix-​ups with getting the right car, Joseph made the entire deal easy. The mix ups were, I asked him to take off a certain amount off of the price — he thought I was talking about one price and I was talking about another. He was forthcoming and immediately went back to talk to the finance section. The other mix up was I had asked for a package to be on the car, we were very close to signing when he realized it wasn’t on the car. He then found me one where the package was on the car. I ended up buying that car.
He went the extra mile by taking time to know what I really wanted and helping me fix up my old car to give to my mom. He was patient as I looked what I had come in to see, heard what I liked and showed me a car that was more suited to me. I was giving my mom my old car for Christmas. He was kind enough to detail the vehicle while I signed the paperwork. It looked beautiful when my mom got to pick it up the next day. He also allowed me to park my old car in an area of the lot where I could pick it up the next day on Christmas.
Natalie was super sweet and seemed to know a lot about the warranties and finance process. The details on what the warranties were covering and the expected return value could have been broken down a little bit more. That being said, I went home, looked over the warranties, had questions and emailed Natalie. She was quick to answer my email and provide extra information for me to go through. I ended up telling her I was going to take back one of the warranties. I have to drive over to the dealership sometime this week, but she made it sound like an easy process.
Everyone has been very helpful from Mini of the Woodlands. I am really loving my new car. I would recommend them to family or friends. :)

James was extremely helpful and made my car buying experience simple and stress free. It is clear that he and the staff at Mini of The Woodlands take pride in their customer service. I am a forever customer and will refer everyone I know.

Javier was great and our Countryman drives like a dream! Mini of the Woodlands really strives to make your car buying experience totally stress free! Javier and his manager (Tall blonde headed lovely lady) were awesome and the finance guy was the Bomb! I also cannot forget about Anna the receptionist, best I have ever seen, made us a bow for the surprise to my wife to put on the car! Love this place.

The team was very helpful in working around the fact that I didn’t have a US drivers license having recently moved to Houston from overseas. Took me and the family for a drive to get to know to the car (2013 Volvo XC90), facilitated the payment process (also didn’t have a credit rating, cheque book or social security number) and delivered the car to my apartment while I was at work (wife not able to drive in the US yet). Very pleased with the service and support that I received.

My wife and I have brought our 2008 Mini Cooper S in for servicing many times. We feel that the current service staff takes great care of us & that the fear of a service advisor making suggestions of unneeded work or price gauging is virtually does not exist. To get to their new location (16 675 Interstate 45 South) from the city of Houston requires dealing with a bit of feeder traffic at College Park Drive (FM242). Hopefully, that will be resolved once all the road construction is complete.
