Meet the Business Owner
Andrew T.
Business Owner
Andrew Tugwell has served as Owner /President of PWI dba Link Staffing Services since October 2000. Prior to that he served as Central and Western U.S. Regional Manager of Link Staffing Services. He also served as a Franchise Development Executive and National Business Consultant for new and existing Link Staffing franchises throughout the United States. He has served Link Staffing Services in these and other capacities since 1994. From 1987 to December 1994, Mr. Tugwell held various management positions with corporations in different industries. Mr. Tugwell holds a B.S. in Agri/Business from McNeese State University and an Executive MBA in Franchise Management from St. Thomas University
Mr. Tugwell has attained the Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation from the International Franchise Association (IFA)
