Before calling 832 SAW TREE, Kevin’s Tree Service located in Conroe, TX, please read the following. I am trying to keep others from going through the same expense and headache that we are right now. Please keep in mind we are generally understanding and easy going people, but it is unacceptable for a service to come out, break items, and lie about it… please see my review below…
Went up in price after original quote. Before starting job my husband asked if there was any problem cutting or grinding with the pool equipment with close proximity to the tree. He said no. Broke line for pool and pool is now leaking… still trying to get it fixed. He also broke a gauge on the pool filter system and stepping stones in the area but left without mentioning this or attempting to fix them. Husband new they broke them because he over heard Kevin talking about it right after they broke the items to the guys but, Kevin never said a word to him. If you break something, fine… at least own up to it and offer to fix it. Bad business to deceive the customer. My husband called to tell him about the leak and ended up having to stop payment on check to get him to respond! Then he came out and lied about it! Do not trust unless removing a tree in an open field with nothing around to damage. We ought to sue him for damaging the pool. We still have not had a chance to swim in it this season due to his carelessness. Also, if you have kids or do not care for profanity, BEWARE! He cussed like a sailor the entire time he was working.
