I recently fractured a lower rear molar.
My longstanding dentist, located in Mt. Airy, had been giving me cursory service.
So, I went to my beloved Unilocal and searched for a great local dentist.
I read Alan M’s review about Dr. Bryan, and his driving all the way from Raleigh because of his confidence in Dr. Bryan. That was what I was looking for in a new dentist.
I called Dr. Bryan’s office and told them of my broken tooth situation, and an hour and a half later, I was sitting in a dentist’s chair. That was pretty darned cool!
The rough edge of the shattered tooth was removed, so that I could live with it until a temporary crown was installed. That came a day or two later. Dr. Bryan was extremely friendly, and more importantly he made quick work of the temporary crown. He was quicker, friendlier, and way more attentive than my «old» dentist.
Yesterday, I went back and had the permanent crown installed. It could not have gone more smoothly, and I am very happy with the end result.
My only suggestion would be that… my old dentist used glare shields for patients, which protected the patients eyes from the harsh lights and from splatter. This makes for a much more relaxed patient experience, and I came to really like this new feature.
Dr. Bryan’s office played better music though…98.7 FM…“The RIDE”. LOL.
EVERYONE, from the receptionist, to the dental hygienist, to Dr. Bryan himself, is friendly, courteous, and professional. I was made to feel totally welcome.
Dr. Bryan also specializes in tooth replacement with the anchor process, which told me that he is more than capable of general dentistry and crown replacements.
I am extremely happy that I’ve found a new, LOCAL, dentist. Thank you Unilocal

I found dr BRYAN when I lived in hickory he was recommended by a friend and after living in several different states and cities and towns and experiencing more than one dentists that I had bad experience with I have made the twice yearly drive from Raleigh for over 13 years because dr Bryan has been the best dentist that I have ever experienced. If you have a bad dentist experience in your life you may understand. And I do highly recommend dr Bryan.
