History

Established in 1952.

1952 – 1987 The company developed

In 1987, Teresa «Terry» Wygle purchased the firm and later that year franchised with Coldwell Banker, which gave the company a National & International exposure. The services and tools that Coldwell Banker had to offer the firm were outstanding and within two years the company outdistanced the other real estate firms in the area. By then, we were operating under the name Coldwell Banker Bainbridge Kaufman Real Estate.

Since 1995, the company has been on a continued pattern of growth and change unprecedented by anything in its past. They embrace technology and lead the way in innovative real estate office operation. I graduated from The University of Pittsburgh in 1992. I relocated to Conneaut Lake, PA, in 1996 where I began my real estate career. I have sold 1 million dollars or more worth of real estate in each of my first 17 years. I became an Associate Broker in 1999 and a partner in 2000.
