They advertise a 15 minute oil change — they should let you know if you’re going to be here an hour waiting. Been here a couple times and it’s usually fine. Came here once to a guy who was downright rude and told me my car would fail NC inspection and refused to pass my car (because of tail light decals I’ve had for 8 years), left this location, went to a VW dealership down the street and passed the inspection with the decals. The oil change was also the same price at the dealership so would never being my VW back here. The woman who works here is super awesome though and nice every single time.

We got in and were serviced quickly. I was asked to do a lot of upgrades and I don’t have a great understanding of what I needed and what I don’t. They made everything sound imperative.
I recommend this place if you are in a rush and don’t have an appointment elsewhere. I really didn’t trust that I wasn’t being oversold though.
Updated review:
I went back for a state inspection. The service person, Brian, explain things really well and was not pushy. There were things they were trying to have me get fixed during my oil change that they didn’t mention during the inspection. I will definitely go back, but I am cautious about upgrades.

Valvoline is quick but you certainly pay for it. A conventional oil change will run you about $ 40. Super useful if you are in a bind or need a quick oil change during lunch. My only problem with this location (and all other Vavoline’s it seems) is that they constantly pressure you to get upgrades such as changing filters, rotating tires, and switching to synthetic. Even after specifying I would only be purchasing conventional during my visit, I was made to feel guilty about not getting any upgrades. This has happened all 3 times I’ve had my oil changed here.

The workers here were nice, however, they did not pass my vehicle for inspection due to bad wiper blades.
I suggest taking a picture of your wiper blades prior to visiting this business, as mine were not ripped before the service. Or go elsewhere.
Another customer in the waiting room had failed due to three light bulbs being out. They would have charged her double what she was able to find the replacement bulbs for elsewhere.
We bit the bullet and bought the replacement wiper blades from them, since we didn’t want to waste a day driving back.
