Roberto was absolutely amazing. I called him after my screen completely stopped working and he came out on a SATURDAY within an HOUR to my work. great guy and awesome business. with out a doubt will never use another hack to fix my phone (kiosk in the mall)
don’t hesitate, he will take great care of you!

I came with two issues which were both resolved. I give them three stars because although they gave me great customer service, the repair then gave me a new problem.
Be skeptical, but the day after the repair I realize my microphone stopped working. People cannot hear me during conversation. Now I’m glued to having my headset with me.
Moral of the story you must wary of repairman in general. They may not a lot but he gave me a new issue which I’m sure cannot be fixed here.

My screen cracked so I took it to Urgent I Care and they are wonderful! They fixed my screen at a great price and very fast. I ended up having a small issue so I took it back and Roberto (the owner) fixed it on the spot without hesitation. He, and his employee are extremely polite and honest. I will never take my phone anywhere else again (fingers crossed I don’t break it again) Thank you Urgent I Care repair!

Outstanding service!!! Walk-​in for repair of cracked iphone 6 screen. Fixed in an hour (uses apple parts, not third party). And installed glass screen protector. Fair price. Nice to have this resource the next time I need it.

Wow! If I could give Roberto 100 stars I would! He’s amazing, professional and very honest. Came in due to a cracked iPhone screen and he had it done in less than an hour and threw in a screen protector as well! Pretty much anything on a iPhone he can fix. Please before you go to your phone company for your phone repairs check this place out first! This will from now on be my go to place for future phone repairs. Ps. He works on other phones as well. Roberto replaced a battery in my iPhone 5s in about 15 – 20 minutes while I waited, it cost me 35 $ which I felt was way better than replacing the phone just because my battery was not holding a charge. Super nice guy and my phone is working great. Highly recommend working with them if you have any iPhone issues.

I wish I had taken a before picture of my phone because it was a mess. I accidentally slammed my iPhone 6 in the car door. The screen was totally shattered, but more importantly the frame was bent diagonally. Robert is as friendly as they come and delivered unmatched customer service at a great price. After carefully unbending the phone and putting in a new screen, he thoroughly tested the phone’s functioning and did some tinkering to get the camera to work again. My phone is now almost perfectly straight. If the two inconspicuous indicators of the phone having been bent hadn’t been pointed out to me I would never have noticed. It looks fantastic. No one else looking at or using my phone would ever know it’s traumatic history! Thank you Robert!

Don’t waste your time. Uses cheap replacement parts and is almost identical in price to getting a properly fixed screen from Apple. Had to replace my screen immediately after realizing the glass he used would obscure my screen if I was wearing polarized sunglasses… not exactly what you’re looking for when it’s sunny out here 75% of the time. Save your $ 150 and go somewhere they aren’t trying to rip you off

Roberto was as good or better than all the reviews I’ve read. It’s clear he’s replaced quite a few screens in his day and after one visit I trust his work with all the important information on my phone.
Well it’s important to me and he appreciates that.
If you have an iPhone and it’s got a cracked screen take it to Roberto.

Roberto is a delight! After my 7 year old had an unfortunate encounter with my phone outdoors, I was bummed to have to address the broken screen. It’d been the first time my iPhone 5 had ever needed a repair, so it was traumatic. Although I’d seen this store many times, as we park in front of it to grab our Domino’s I hadn’t been drawn to checking out this establishment. Something about the bright colored lettering on the windows, turned me off. But after realizing my next best option was pulling into someone’s residential driveway, in combination with all of the great reviews, I decided to take my business here.
Much to my surprise, this place is first class inside as well as the service. Roberto was super friendly and attentive to my kids, offering lollipops and toys. He also completed the work on the spot, only about 20 minutes with no appointment. It was $ 106 out the door, and he made sure to test everything as well as install a complimentary screen protector in exchange for my Unilocal review. I would have reviewed it for free :) Quick, easy, comfortable chairs, exceptional service and reasonable pricing (OEM parts) make Urgent Icare deserve every one of its five stars.

The most amazing service!!! My phone screen was shattered and I walked in and had it done in about 15 min even though they do warn you it could take over an hour. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants someone that can be trusted and knows what they are doing.

My iPhone 6+ was a complete disaster. Not only was it shattered and missing a few glass pieces, but what finally forced me to get it fixed was the LCD became distorted and had black spots on it. Roberto replaced the LCD and glass unit in about 30 min. He does charge a little bit more than other places I’ve called, but I feel he’s worth the customer service. There were several people there getting their phones fixed, so you can tell he does great service. He’s very kind and gives you a free screen protector when you mention Unilocal

Phone looks good as new. I liked how Roberto demonstrated the touch screen was working fully functionally before he gave me my phone back. He is very helpful and I would recommend this shop to anyone with a broken iPhone screen. The cost is $ 145 for an iphone 6 repair.

Came in to get my iPhone 6 Plus screen fixed that was completely shattered and the phone barely worked.
Roberto was extremely nice and very helpful, price was very reasonable and got my phone completely fixed and in working condition in about an hour. Even gives a 30 far warranty for the screen if something is wrong with it.

Roberto to the rescue yet again! This time (3^rd time for a repair), the phone fell off of my night stand and the face glass shattered. The phone still worked though. Took it in to Roberto, left it there, came back about an hour later and… GOOD AS NEW! And super reasonably priced.
Customers SIMPLY CANNOT RELY ON APPLE STORES TO FIX/​REPAIR ANYTHING– they only try to sell you new stuff. They straight out lied to me about a year and a half ago the first time I had a problem — telling me my phone could not be repaired.
Roberto fixed it. Boom. Done. Easy.
As I said, this is my 3^rd time coming to Urgent iCare (OK, so I am clumsy with my phone… mea culpa) and all 3 times Roberto saved the day. Trust me, and the other glowing reviews– you cannot go wrong with Urgent iCare.

Came home from vacation in Tahoe with a broken phone. I walked in the shop and was greeted right away with a friendly smile. Roberto gave me a quote to replace the screen. He explained that if something else was wrong with the phone internally, he would advise me. If I then choose to not replace the screen, due to other failures, he would not charge me. I live close, so I left my phone.
My phone was fixed, only a shattered screen, thank goodness. When I returned, Roberto took the extra time to show me that each function was working on the phone. Put a screen protector on and even took my photo!!! My phone looks brand new.
This experience with Roberto made my day! If I ever need a phone repair again, this is the place I will go.
