Tessy’s Cleaning Service

Tessy’s comes to our home every week and does a terrific job. They are always on time and work fast, efficient, friendly and careful. Highly recommended.

Tessy’s has been cleaning our house consistently with high quality reliable service for over 7 years. They come every other week and are a huge help. My husband and I both work and have 3 kids. They are very responsive to special requests and likewise don’t need any supervision to maintain high quality service. My husband is very particular about the house being clean. I think Tessy and Martin have helped us to have a happy home and marriage!

Tessy, Martin and team do a great job and are really professional, nice people. They have been cleaning our home for about 3 years now. In the past, I have used cleaning services that started off doing a good job initially but then slacked off after a few months. Tessy’s has remained consistently great and are always anxious to do a thorough job to our complete satisfaction. They seem to have a routine and system that works really well and everyone works very hard.
Besides being great at cleaning, Tessy’s is reliable, accommodating and easy to do business with. Our house is a good size with lots of odd nooks and crannies and we have an active family with pets, so we really appreciate the service. For a while after they leave everything looks and smells so good… then we mess it up and start all over again ;-)

Well, I would LIKE to write a review on how well of a job that Tessy’s Cleaning Service did with my apartment… but they never showed up! I called last week and they gave me a good priced estimate, so I said ok sure let’s set something up. I asked if they could come this Wednesday (a week from when I called) and I was told no, they do not service Livermore on Wednesdays, but they could be here Thursday (today) at 3pm. That wasn’t really convenient for me, but I have company coming this weekend, so I said ok sure. So, she told me she’d call me Wednesday night to confirm the appointment, make sure I didnt need to cancel or reschedule. They didn’t call me last night. So then I took a half day vacation at work to be home for my cleaning appointment. Come 3pm. They were not here, come 3:30pm they were still not here. I called, got the voice mail, and left a message. Now it is 7:15pm and they never showed up, and never called me back. I have company coming tomorrow. and I am SOL… I guess Ill have to host company in my dirty apartment since I do not have time to clean the place myself. which is why I hired a cleaning company in the first place!
