Needed to move quickly and they were great! The staff is accommodating and very nice. Our apartment was newly renovated with new appliances and carpet. They are remodeling everything and really building the place up. There have been routine maintenance issues(ac, sink draining) that might come with an older building but they called plumbers and ac guys to get everything fixed. The layout of our two bedroom is great and the third floor vaulted ceilings are a huge bonus. Parking is included and ours is covered which is nice. Located on a quiet street close to everything(mall, target, Best Buy, Safeway, big lots, grocery outlet, etc) and within walking distance to Bart.

I moved into Terra in January and at first I was a little concerned with some of the issues I was dealing with. The prior owners used to accept anyone and everyone which led to people that have no respect for their living area and those around them. The new property owners are renovating the apartments and they are very nice and very cozy and the staff is very helpful. They no longer accept below market tenants and slowly the old tenants are moving out and it’s getting better. The property is very quiet and the courtyard is very relaxing. The new owners are also in the process of building a new fitness center and a bbq area. I am looking forward to cleaning out the old tenants that have no respect for the building and getting new hard working quality neighbors in here. This place is going to look great when they are finished with all the improvements. I thank the staff for the quick turn around time when problems arise and they are all very friendly.

This place is under new management. They tried to change the name of the place. But the halls are still dirty with homeless people off the street coming in the buildings and sleeping in the stairwell and pissing in the stairwell. The garbage is in the building and keeps the building smelling of filth! The roaches coming out of the sink, tub, closest, all over the carpet! This place is a real health hazard, especially for little toddlers who are prone to putting things in their mouths. I stayed here when the place was called STERLINGCOVE and the management were liars, they were inconsiderate. They would be quick to put a notice on the door the next day if rent was late, threatening to kick you out. But they couldn’t get the place clean and free of roaches. While staying here I saved 3 people from moving into this place. I would pull out my phone and let them see all the pictures I’ve taken in my apartment, the building, outside of the building of the pure disgust, dirt, and grime. There wouldn’t be a day that went by that I did not see a roaches! Sometimes the roaches would have egg sacks attached to them ready to give life to a new generation of infestation! I still have photos! If possible, or if anyone wants to see photos before they move into this place just let me know. I am willing to help anyone to. It go through the same traumatic experience that I went through with my 1 year old son at the time. The pictures they show on different websites are false!!! The carpets are dark dirty brown, which makes it hard to see roaches crawling on carpet! This place has potential to but a nice place to live, but because of the corrupt neglectful management they get away with renting out roach infested apartments. I believe the reason why they have been able to get away with this for so long is because the majority of tenants about 95% are of Hispanic ethnicity. Many of them do not speak English and are possibly here illegally, so they can’t speak out and complain to CC Health l, threaten them with a lawsuit, refuse to pay rent, or terminate their lease like I was able to. I know my right and exercised my rights, but so many of them don’t know the rights they have or unable to exceed use their rights because they are here illegally. Hope I helped someone from not moving into this place, it traumatized me for months after I moved from here. Hope I was able to save others.

Lived here for a year. So let me tell you my experiences. First off hallways are super creepy. They smell like cat piss. Second the elevator seems like it’s going to break any second. Third during the summer flies come out of the sink. Fourth The ac/heater doesn’t work. Fifth you can hear the rats on the roof. & last there’s cockroaches, huge spiders all kinds of bugs.
