We bought a sofa about six months ago. We had an issue with the delivery tearing a small whole as well as a mechanism issue. Elder was very responsive and sent a replacement section. Shortly after, we had another mechanical problem. Elder decided we had a lemon and sent an entire new couch! Excellent service and have had zero problems since.

I bought a big beautiful sofa that my dog and I love. These young men were eager to help me with a tough situation and I appreciate them tremendously. My sofa is big and not what I wanted but that’s not their fault, I’m just not a good shopper. It is a high quality piece of furniture, and I will have this forever, which makes me kind of sad… I loved shopping with Dom, what a great young man. I would buy anything from him, he has a lot of integrity, and compassion. Thank you Dom, I hope your dad is proud of you.

Best place to get a custom sofa that’s great quality made in California and great quick service. Macy’s was a huge disappointment when we first moved across country and went into their store and picked a sofa off of their floor as is and half of it was back ordered and never delivered as promised. We cancelled that order and came to Sofas 4 Less and has our sofa in less than a week. Also loved the salesman who is also a son of the owner. We got the sofa over a year ago and I don’t remember his name but he was amazing and super friendly will definitely go back and we always recommend them to our friends and coworkers in the East Bay. Love them!!!

We just got our couch and we love it! Sofa for less offers high quality custom couches at a super cheap price. My wife and I shopped around a few different places and after looking at the quality and pricing the choice was easy. Only drawback is the couch takes 4 – 6 weeks to assemble, but given the various styles and swatches it was totally worth the wait. Elder was in constant communication with us regarding updates to the delivery schedule which helped us to plan our housewarming party. 5 stars!

Sofa 4 less is the ONLY place to buy a custom sofa! Elder is very informative and patient, my wife and I are very pleased with our sofa from sofa 4 less. The quality is on point with the price and the fabric is amazing. I spilled a red velvet milk shake on the couch and did not notice it till the next morning thought it was done for, but I quickly remembered Elder telling me how durable the fabric was so I thought I would see if I could work the red spots out. Just a paper towel and some water was all I needed as I lightly rubbed the red smear on to the paper towel and the spots disappeared. I would recommend SOFA 4 LESS to anyone who is in need of a quality sofa!

Do not discount this place because of looks or size! Elder (owner) is a gem and he really gets it when it comes to customer service. All pieces are custom made with an excellent choice of fabrics and sizes. I wish more people and vendors were like this.

This was the best experience we have ever had at any store. Elder is super helpful knowledgable and goes out of his way to make sure we are taken care of.
There was a small issue on delivery and just like that with one phone call to Elder problem solved.
If you want a no pressure sales environment and the best customer service (not to mention great prices) you should check this place out. Even the delivery guys are great!

This is my first Unilocal review, but I felt compelled to write following the great experience I had last week whenever I ordered a couch and love seat from the Concord store. I loved how it was a no pressure experience and how they really worked with me on my budget. I will definitely refer others that are looking for a couch to check this out. We purchase a new sectional for our movie room from Sofas 4 Less in Concord and we are very happy with what we received. The sofa was customized to fit our space and the material is absolutely gorgeous. It was worthy the wait. Although we had to wait a couple months because they were out of the material, Elder was very helpful thorough the entire process. And kudos to the very professional delivery guys! Love my new sectional.

My brother knows the Derek who owns the same store in San Francisco. He emailed me and since I live here in Concord, he referred me to the store in Concord. I went in 3 weeks ago and ordered my sectional through Elder. At the time I placed my order, I realized that I gave the wrong measurements, I called and gave them the correct measurements, however I was a little late. Elder assured me that it won’t be a problem. My sectional got delivered today and it was exactly what I expected and wanted it to be. I can’t thank Derek enough for referring me to the store in Concord and Elder’s great customer service.

I bought a great sofa from Sofas 4 Less in Concord for half the price of the other custom furniture shops I was looking at in the area. I was hesitant at first because I knew precisely what I wanted my sofa to look like, but I didn’t see any floor models that looked similar. But Diego and Elder each walked me through all of the customization options and even allowed me to change the number, size, and appearance of the cushions to get everything the way I wanted. My sofa was ready in just over two weeks, and everyone I encountered in the store and during the delivery was kind and professional.
The store is a great option whether you want a basic, durable sofa to take home right away or you want to craft the perfect sofa for your space. I recommend to anyone in the Bay Area.

I have bought some couches at the Antioch location and the transaction was great! Great price. Mel the owner was amazing to deal with. Sent many people to them. I helped with my mom purchasing a couch at the concord location and I have to say I am disappointed. The transaction seems to be a little dis organized. But they were very helpful and easy to work with. This is a great place to buy nice furniture and a great price!!!

My wife and I started looking for a couch over a year ago. Price was a huge factor in our decision. We first met Diego at the Brentwood/​Antioch store. We knew right away that he’d earned our business. This is a family run operation and if you want a salesman/​woman to badger you and annoy you, then go somewhere else. You won’t find that here! On top of the amazing prices and the unreal customer service, these sofas are made in the USA and are fully customizable. We ended up getting a 102″ sofa for WAY less than any other store was offering. To top it off, we customized it to OUR specifications. Although we did not buy from the Concord store, Diego’s dad (Mel) wanted me to write up this review for the guy who initially earned and kept my business. Thank you Sofas 4 Less!

I needed a medium size sofa right away and this place made that happen for me. Purchased the floor model because it was the perfect size. It was delivered next day. The built quality is amazing compared to Chinese made furniture. The sofa is super sturdy for the price I paid for. No squeaky sound or unusual wood cracking noise. Very happy with the purchase. Oh and good customer service. The guy who works there does want you to be happy with the purchase. Oh and mine came with two matching pillows. That was a pleasant surprise.
Keep up the good work! I will definitely but a bigger set next time!

I just recently moved and was in need of a great new sofa… but with the cost of moving had to make sure I didn’t break that bank. I’m so glad I found sofas 4 less! Beautiful, quality furniture for really affordable prices! The best part is I was able to pick the style, color, and exact size for my small living space. It looks great and I am so happy with my choice!!! The staff was also super nice, informative and helpful!
