My passion is to provide a unique, successful approach to health and wellness. This is accomplished by a personalized approach utilizing, Nutrigenomics, Functional, and Homeopathic Medicine. As a Chiropractor I know the importance of nerve function in maintaining good health. Other important aspects of health are nutrition, eating habits, exercise, emotional health, and spirituality. Eighty percent of the health conditions we face today are from lifestyle choices.
The genomic revolution has arrived. It is helping move the focus of clinical practice toward improving assessment, treatment, and prevention of complex and chronic disease through a deeper understanding of each individuals unique combination of genetics, environment and lifestyle. The focus on the microbiome (gut bacteria) is one example.
As a Functional Medicine practitioner, I focus on personalized healthcare to prevent and find the underlying causes of disease, not just symptoms. I believe the entire «patient story» needs to be heard and understood in order to truly help the patient.

Established in 1981.
After graduating from Western States University in 1981, I opened my first practice in Acton, MA, Williams Chiropractic Center. I eventually moved my practice to Concord and opened Concord Holistic Health Center.

Dr. Sarah Williams is a Chiropractic physician, Nutritionist and Homeopath. Her comprehensive approach of integrative healthcare brings together the practices of personalized nutrition, functional medicine and homeopathy. Her most recent post graduate studies have been in the field of Nutrigenomics, the interaction of genes and diet. She has a relationship centered approach in her practice, promoting an atmosphere of trust and dialogue which she feels is essential for healing. She sees the practice of integrative medicine as an art, using both ones intuitive and cognitive strengths.
