History

Established in 2005.

In 2005, I started to invest in real estate, buying single family homes and rehabbing them. It was a lot of work. After networking with other real estate investors, I noticed that those few who were doing a lot of transactions had their real estate license. And a light went off in my head! Time to get my license too! And that is all it took. I so enjoy helping people find and buy homes and sellers get their homes sold so that all of these people can move on with their lives. I since went and got my general contractors license (CSL — Contractor Supervisor License) in an effort to really know single family homes inside and out. My buyers and my sellers have said that they really enjoy knowing that as a Realtor, my experience helps them in deciding to either pursue a home or not. Real Estate is a people business, first and foremost and quite frankly, I love people. And it gives me great pleasure helping people get to where they want to go!
