institutional and both multifamily and single-family residential projects. Historic renovation and
adaptive reuse make up a substantial portion of our experience. Among recent historic preservqtion
projects are the 1707 Jones-Faulkner Homestead and Grounds in Acton, the 1910 Oren Sanborn
Estate in Winchester, and the 1863 Simes House in Plymouth.
