I alway find some one in the store that knows what they are talking about. Friendly staff good local shop for small purchases. They have a good return policy and never had any issues with returns. The prices are a bit higher and the quality could be better

I’m usually an Autozone man but these folks at this here oreilly’s always make me go O-​O-​Ohhh. But seriously they are always very helpful and polite. They may sway me ;)

This store had what I needed at typical auto store prices. My buddy wanted me to change his spark plugs in his e90 bmw, and had bought the plugs on Amazon. What can I say; cheaper plugs, no tax, and free shipping… its great if you order them right. Sadly, I realized they weren’t correct ones after I had taken apart the cabin air assembly and started pulling the plugs out of the motor. Stuck because I don’t want to do the job twice, I called O’Reilly’s and they had the correct plug in stock. A little pricey compared to online, but the convenience is worth it.
Flash forward to later on in the day, while working on said BMW the strap wrench I was using to take off the oil filter broke. Yes, it too was purchased on Amazon! Anyway, I went down to the store again, and they had a filter wrench that I could use to finish the job that day, at a decent price.
So why no 5th star? This place doesn’t recycle oil… and that sucks.

During this most recent rainstorm, I went to this location to replace my wiper. The store associate (I didn’t get his name) asked if he could assist, looked up my options, and placed the parts on hold at the Springs Road store in Vallejo where I live. When I arrived at the Springs Road store, they cheerfully retrieved my parts and installed them on the spot. That was an unexpected, yet delightful end to this trip. I appreciated their time and attention as well as their efforts to go the extra mile in a cheerful and friendly way. Small thing, but a big thing in my eyes.

Most of the workers knowledge is the computer.
I buy batteries for my customers
And several times got the wrong one!
That was a waste of time, money, and most important my customers look at me as I’m stupid,
The thing is when I came back there’s excuse was -«it’s the computer. «
I asked them how they can prevent it in the future?
They was still blaming the computer…
To make a mistake is one thing
If you don’t want to learn from it
It means all what the employees here
Want to do is finish there shift and go home.
So if you order from them anything
make sure what you been given before you leave,
Because they will tell you that it’s one thing
And it’s another.
I personally I’m not coming back to this O’Reilly’s
i’m moving my account to the one in Pleasant Hill.

This is O’Reilly now, but I have only had THE BEST customer service here! Blue saved my day, sweating his booty off in 98 degree weather to change my high maintenance Saab battery. He even took brand new tools off the shelf to ensure I was good to go. Thank you Blue!

Formely Kragens and now is an O’Reilly’s Auto parts. I had a Front Headlamp go out on my car. I called and asked if they had the part. They had one in stock and the gentlenman on the phone was very helpful. I went in and purchased the part and it was quick and easy transaciton. Now I can stop worrying about a «fix it ticket», because it was an easy installation and it was exactly the part I needed.

Guy was quite cool when he helped me get my headlights. I finally found out that using the «première» headlights is probably the reason my lights go out every 6 months. He recommended the regular headlights, which I purchased and installed and worked great. Was a bit of a line.. . which moved glacially. Interesting that this is still «Kragen Auto Parts» even though it’s O’ReillyAuto Parts. Took 2 years to change building — time to update Unilocal ;-)

Not the best of the Kragen stores I have been to, but it’s got what I need when I need it and I am usually in this area so it is convenient for me. They have some good sales sometimes.
