Milo’s Lounge Bar

This place is a flat out dump. It literally looks like the inside of a single wide trailer inside. Patrons I was drinking with were all 100% white trash and most seemed likely on Meth. One tattooed up guy threw his chair at the bar after what seemed like he lost a dice game with the bartender «Michelle» (who was very nice) screaming about he wanted his $ 100 back. If your looking for a shady bar off Monument. This is a great place for you. Won’t be back myself.

If you like a simple dive bar, Milo’s is a can’t miss! Saw a blast online for one of the local Dj favorites of mine «Slammin’ Sam» and came out on a Friday night. Rocked all the old school and some top 40. Can’t say enough of the place.

Cool local bar drinks are cheap and good atmosphere has a couple tvs jukebox for some good tunes. Has different sitting option bar and couches feels inviting, was my first time here but could see it being a couple nights a week spot.

I have been here twice. Both times I had the «privilege «of meeting the owner. Both times I was put off by this place. I will never patronage this place again. If there was less than one star, that is what I would rate it.

I met some cool folks here. I recommend checking out this place for others. I’m definitely happy with the overall vibe of the bar. This is a good place to hangout after a long day from work and just down to sit and have a beer. The bartender is super awesome her name is Lacie.

Awesome bar close to my house. Good stiff drinks that don’t break my wallet and live music on the weekends (Loose Blues is playing this Saturday 11÷16÷13).
Great bartenders, jukebox, pool table, and Golden Tee. Add in the live bands and who could ask for more in a bar?

Glad I found this lil hole in the wall lounge, I love the internet jukebox and the bartender Carrie is tha bomb… Highly recommend this place

Definitely a cool little spot! Nice selection of beer and good prices. I’ve come a few times when my boyfriend’s friend was playing a show here, so they do live music on certain nights as well and its always been fun! Bartenders are really nice and friendly. Atmosphere is always chill. I’m sure we’ll be back again!

It’s a cool local place with some good special shots and decently priced but good beer. Ever been to After Hours in Vallejo? It reminds me of that. Fun place to just hang out. They had some good specials on the chalkboard, and they have different events every day of the week so that seems fun.
I’ll be back when I’m on this side of the bridge and just want a cheap drink and an easy place to hang out.

Great Local Bar.
I am new to this bar and I have only been in here twice, and both times the wife and I had a great time.
The first time was St. Paddy’s day and we went there with a couple of friends and boy did it turn out to be a great day to go to the bar. The first drinks of green beer were free, can you believe that free (my favorite word in the English language) and if I was a woman they got another shot for free.
The beer was really good, the owners and bartenders were extremely nice and we will definitely be heading back to Milo’s Lounge Bar in the near future.
There is also a pool table in the back and TV’s for sports above the bar.

this is such a great find! we used to live in concord years before and recently moved back. the outside of this the place does not do it justice. the bartender kerry is so much fun! and the owners charlotte and pat were there for a while the first time we went. charlotte is super sweet and pat is a little grumpy but still warm in a grandpa sort of way. they have tons of drink specials and their regular prices are very reasonable. first time we went was on st pattys day and they had a full corned beef dinner spread for free to patrons. this place is walking distance to our house and i wish we had found it sooner when we lived in concord before. this is now our go to hang out spot. i highly recommend.

Not necessarily a new bar, but it’s new to me!
I don’t know what I was expecting to find inside this bar. I had pulled into the parking lot once before (in search of any hidden taquerias) and heard loud music coming from the inside. So I guess I had an image of a scene similar to «Red Hat» across the street: loud, uncomfortable, poor seating, spikey hair and wallet chains. Not the case!
Our group of four walked in here on St. Patty’s Day to find that our first (green) beers were free. The women even received a free «Lucky Leprechaun» cocktail which had coconut milk and chocolate vodka — awesome! The bartender was fun and played some great music, even using her own tip money to fill the juke box!
The owners were there too. He is a Russian with a somewhat gruff personality and she is a sweet Italian with an obvious knowledge of cooking. In celebration of the holiday, she brought in homemade cheddar potatoes, breads, veggies, and a corned beef. It was so tender! Everything was delicious.
Even though we all sat at the full bar, I noticed there was plenty of seating on black, leather couches behind us. We played some Jenga on the bar (games available upon request) and really had a great day all around! We’ll definitely be back to support these guys! (And play «Pass the Pigs», a fun game that they also had!)
Same owners as when they were Catfish Charlie’s — the name just changed two years ago.

TL;DR: awesome local bar. Owners and bartender Kerry are very fun, and the drink prices are super cheap.
Came here on St. Paddy’s day hoping to find a new local watering hole. One of the most attractive features of this place was its proximity to my home (within a 10 minute stumbling distance), but I had peaked my head inside before and the interior looked intriguing.
We got here around 2, but they still hadn’t opened yet due to an event with a neighboring business and the resultant traffic. Came back around 4, and already found a couple individuals pulled up to the bar.
The owners, Pat and Charlotte were present, and setting out a table of home cooked munchies in honor of the holiday. They were delicious! Corned beef, carrots, cabbage, cheesy mashed potatoes and soda bread; she even brought in some green cupcakes. It was a most welcome treat.
Started off with a mimosa, being a sunday and all, but quickly got on to the business of drinking green beer. First one was on the house (yay free!), and there was a Unilocal check in deal that we could have used as well (50% off well or beer). The bartender Kerry came in a little later and started whipping up cocktails… a few of the bars creation and plenty of the standards as well. She even taught us a new dice game to play.
We ended up hanging out here for about 6 hours, met some new friends, and ran into some old. Was a lot of fun. The owners were very receptive to our ideas of a game night, but even without we were well entertained. Good music on the juke box, cool crowd within, this is my new Favorite bar!

So few bars around! I used to live fairly close and passed by so many times when It was Catfish Charlies’ and now that I’ve moved away, a friend recommended it. I like the bartenders Jessica (and Melissa I think?). So far I’ve only gone two times and it hasn’t been crowded. They do have DJs that play good music and when there isn’t a DJ the music is still good. So not it is on my regular list of bars to go to. We like that it also has a pool table. They have a stripper pole but so far I’ve only seen a guy on it. It isn’t a large place so it is best if you’ve got a small group of friends, or go by yourself and meet others there. It is a friendly and very casual place.

I have I not known of this place! A friend had her birthday here and I was surprised at what I saw when I walked in. You wouldn’t be able to tell from the parking lot. The atmosphere is comfy and there are couches to chill on with a drink. They did a great job in hosting the party and it’s great to know that such a fun bar is nearby.

Wow! It’s so nice to have a lounge with a good DJ to go to in Concord. This place is beautiful inside, a perfect place to grab some drinks and enjoy the ambiance with a group of friends or chill and meet other people. Music and martinis. What else can a girl ask for?
