McDonald’s

Get mcdonalds breakfast outside the mall, down the street if you can. The mall charges about $ 1.50 more per meal from my experience. I was looking for drive thru and my google maps took me here and figured since I made my way here, I might as well. Service was slow too if your in a rush.

Staff doesn’t get along and it’s very obvious. I was about 4^th in line and they had 1 kid taking orders while 2 others stood and stared at the kitchen talking. They gave me a to go bag without ever asking where I was eatting and never offered me ketchup.

This is one of the worst Mcdonalds locations that I have visited, the staff is consistently rude, the food is anything but fresh (I saw someone return food and a staff member gave it back out to another customer; F****** gross, and the place is super packed; can’t even breathe in here. On the plus side, the décor is nice, wifi is free, and there aren’t any bums or homeless lurking around.

While placing my order, the cashier proceeded to tell me that I wasn’t placing my order correctly. When my order came, it wasn’t complete missing a drink and a burger. When my order was finally complete, the food was by far some of the worst McDonalds that I have ever had. What was supposed to be a quarter pounder, seemed like a cheeses burger, it was dry and tasted like cardboard. The fires were cold and soggy within a minute, and the staff seemed more annoyed that I came back twice to correct my incomplete order than they were in actually providing half decent customer service. I will never patronize this horrible establishment again and ensure that all my family and friends avoid it add well.

I ordered the number 1 and a happy meal. I took a bite of their Big Mac and this slimy stuff was coming from my bite. I opened the sandwich and someone spit in my burger! DO NOT EAT HERE! I was completely grossed out.

As a McDonalds the food is what you would expect. My gripe is the service. Don’t get me wrong, the workers are nice but they are Toooo Sloooooow. It’s supposed to be Fast food guys!!! It took me 10 min for a plain coffee to be poured and mcChicken. The first few times here and there is understandable but Jesus!!! nOT EVERY G*D DARN Time! One time there was 3 people in line, I went to the Starbucks in the middle of the mall, went to drop something off to my car and came back, the same 3 people were waiting for their food. ReDamnDiculous! So now if there is more then 1 person in line I go somewhere else.

Ok so I was at McDonald’s today, (3÷29÷14 @ approx. 1pm. Sunvalley mall) I am there with my 10 year old grandson who wants 2 double cheese burgers (with just ketchup & cheese) No onions, pickles etc. Also medium fry, small Sprite no ice. I think the order was fairly simple. «Tilda’s“response was, «what», I had to repeat my order 3 times, and then she says why not get a big Mac? I looked her dead in the eye, (it was obvious that I was irritated) and said «double cheese burger, cheese, ketchup only, small fry, small Sprite NO ice, for here! Do you know this woman looked @ me blankly and said, (wait for it, get this) «Does he want MEAT on his burger»? I was stupefied No she didn’t ! I say, «unless something has changed, I think the burger is the meat Correct»? This was a classic example kids of why you need to stay in school, please get an education. If not this will be you, «Welcome to McDonalds may I take your order please, would you like meat on your burger»??? Cindy T. Antioch Ca. THE FOODIVA: D

Picked up a 20 piece chicken nuggets order to share with my co-​workers, and got more than we asked for. Not more nuggets, mind you, but a small refund in the form of a DEEP FRIED PENNY!!! When I called to talk to a manager, I was told «there’s no manager on duty today, what do you want?»
Wow, just wow. You don’t really expect to see high Unilocal review scores about McDonald’s, but it’s really no surprise now that this location has the lowest. Folks, if you absolutely have to get McDonald’s, go to the location a block away on Contra Costa Blvd, and spare yourself the potential nickel poisoning if the fry cook here loses track of some more change.

Horrible!!! I waited in line for way too long because the girl at the register (yes, only one) was obviously new and didn’t know how to work the register and had to keep calling for help. I had absolutely no prob with her. What I did have a prob with is the fact that the manager was not helping her and when I got my order it was wrong. I told the manager who said «well that’s not what you ordered.» And I said well she rang it up wrong and he repeated what he just said. Then I said «you should hire more people because waiting so long and getting the wrong order is not cool.» He then says «well if you wanna pay them with your money go ahead and hire them!» Ummmm excuse me!!! I then asked his name and he replied «ERICK» well, Erick, you are rude and disrespectful. My 10 yr old was with me and neither one of us deserve your horrible attitude! Shame on you!!! Not only that but about 8 people were in line and shaking their heads in disbelief. They too complained about his rudeness and the wait!

it’s mcdonalds. in a mall. why do i give it three stars? you might think i’m crazy but here is why:
1. its got its own place to sit and stuff. but bleh it was stuffy in there
2. the dude that took our order was nice. usually mcd employees are like, whats your order, kay thanks this is your number, but my bf and i had alot of questions (for the monopoly game lol) and that guy answered everything, checked everything for us. when we ordered stuff, he also told us which ones didnt have the monopoly game stickers and which ones did. unfortunately this mcd ran out of game pieces on the large fries and medium sodas so we got the nuggets instead. and one of those nuggets gave us some free fries :)
3. same price as outside mcd. i find that mcds in malls are a little bit more expensive than the ones outside, but this one had all of the same prices as normal. excellent.

I contacted corporate and they sent me a letter apologizing for the service. I don’t think anyone should be treated as rude as my previous visit but it’s nice to know that corporate cares.

Oh boy.. . I HATE eating at this McDonalds.. . What ever goes wrong will go wrong.. from wrong charges to wrong food to those lines and lines and lines of premade small water cups that have probably been sitting there for the past 3 hours.
I ate in once and will never do it again. The huge glass window opens out to the mall.. . conveniently located near the end escalators. So people watch you eat, you can hear those routy teens, you can’t enjoy your already bad enough meal.. etc etc
And no free refills?!? WHAT?!?
