Nice people, horrible company. Just one visit to their South San Francisco facility and it’s really clear that this is not a successful enterprise. It’s a dump in what can only be described as the world’s most depressing office complex. Oh well, I was just starting CPAP therapy, so I figured I’d never have to go back there again. But then I got to experience their crappy customer service. You’re never in queue for less than 30 minutes and everyone you talk to acts like it’s their first day there. As little as you’re supposed to interact with these folks, they actually became one of the most annoying company’s I’ve had to work with. I got so fed up that I started buying my own stuff online, but that seemed silly so I called my doctor’s office. Not a problem… by that afternoon, they’d shifted me to another provider.

They are just trying worried about their money, not your health. We had told they would get anything we needed. My wife is allergic to many types of rubber and we told the rep this. She said we can get whatever you needed in order to get us to take the CPAP machine home. This way they got paid. When I called two days latter to say the rubber mask was an issue and gave her links to the cloth masks, she said he company could not get the cloth masks. Today I found them charging my Visa card even though we returned the machine two months ago. What an awful organization and I would recommend you go some place else, but I will say it seems like CPAP supply companies as a whole are bad.

Worst company ever! And I’m not even a customer. My step mother visited in November and they are still sending me her bill. I have called each month that I get this bill and request that they sent it to the patient and for some reason I keep getting it. Maybe I will have luck with a manger today but I’m really not expecting much at this point. If you have a choice, choose someone else. Phone people are rude and can’t seem to get a simple address change correct for the past 3 months. RIDICULOUS! I am considering submitting a complaint to Better Business Bureau.
