We opened our doors and began a dream. But this was more than the launch of a company, it was the realization of Brad Waite’s vision of what a Mortgage Company should be. Built on relationships and trust, Land Home spends every day ensuring the needs of the community are first and foremost, with the transaction always second. Over the course of 25 years, we have expanded our manufactured home lending model into an entity that handles both wholesale and retail products, specializes in VA loans and services the majority of the loans it originates. Brad is the Founder, President and CEO of Land Home Financial Services, Inc. (LHFS). LHFS was established in 1988 with the mission to establish parity in Manufactured Housing financing to that of traditional site built financing. Brad felt as the quality of manufactured housing construction caught up with that of traditional site built homebuilder, financing should be on par. With a commitment to a community centric lending model, solid business acumen and hard work, Brad has grown LHFS into a nationwide brand operating in every aspect of residential mortgage lending.
LHFS is a Fannie Mae and a Freddie Mac Seller/Servicer; a GNMA approved issuer, an unsupervised HUD approved Lender and has been a VA automatic approved lender for 25 years. LHFS has licenses and the authority to lend in 47 states, and the District of Columbia. Headquartered in Concord, California, LHFS has grown to 4 Divisions, 50+ branch offices and 600+ employees.
