Good customer service! Stopped in 2 days before Christmas in a pinch to have a Christmas photo card printed. The Associate stopped what he was doing to help me. He attempted to make the copy, but unfortunately their printer didn’t give me a clear copy of my original (and I wasn’t able to give him a digital copy). I sincerely appreciated his time, effort and friendly service, especially during the holiday rush!

I have ordered customized work shirts (for a large group) and I have also ordered specialized Disney shirts for my family and friends. Joseph is always efficient, more than punctual, and most importantly shirts that I can wear several times without losing the image. Think instant imprints; their name defines them!!!

The 1 Star is from service I received in 2012, 2013, & 2014 — the service I received today would be negative stars if that was an option!!!
I’ve ordered team shirts for the previous 3 years for a fundraising walk that my family and friends participate in every October. I recently had a child and wanted to order a shirt for him to match the 30+ other members of our team. I went to pick up his shirt today for the event tomorrow and it was COMPLETELY WRONG! The shirt was a few sizes larger than I ordered, the fonts were wrong, and there were random capital letters in the middle of some of the wording. I would expect matching a font would be rather simple and if not I would expect to be notified so we could discuss a solution. No one called me, no one apologized, no one offered to correct the errors or make me happy. On top of that the guy that was helping basically called me a liar, told me that there’s no way I had the previous shirts made there! So we won’t have matching shirts tomorrow and I’m looking for a new company to print 30+ team shirts for the 2016 walk!

Very disappointed in the quality and workmanship on the T-​Shirts we ordered. I was very clear, we wanted a T-​Shirt with quality that compared to the Bella brand, fabric with a cotton and polyester blend, I provided a style number. Joseph stated those T-​Shirts are a little more expensive but I can get a T-​Shirt of that quality from the company I do business with. I again stated, we were most interested in the softer blend of fabric and the brand was not important. I received the order, the T-​Shirts were 100% cotton, and looked like something from K-​Mart for $ 1.99.
The printing of the lettering was sloppy! I wrote an email and personally talked to Joseph telling him I was disappointed, he could careless!!!
I did some shopping around after the fact, The T-​Shirts were priced about $ 4.50 higher. I will take my next $ 440 order somewhere else!

Had a company event to do without a company T-​Shirt and Instant Imprints SAVED THE DAY!!! When I called the lady who helped me sent me a sample of my color choice in a text message to my cell phone so I could confirm it was what I wanted. How instant was that!!! Then when I showed up at the store 2 minutes before closing they had it all laid out ready to heat transfer before I arrived. The gentleman who made the shirt was so nice. This is old fashioned customer service. Really makes me feel like they care about their business and the people they serve. I’ll take all my custom printing needs back to Instant Imprints. They made a lasting impression. No pun intended.

The service was fast, friendly and the owner gave excellent advice. I only needed one t-​shirt with logos on front and back, but I will definitely return for more substantial marketing jobs.

I had a last minute order that I needed to mail out as soon as possible. I found this place via google and I’m SO glad I did. The office manager, Jessika, really helped me out and once I provided her with the image she had my shirt ready the same day! I will be coming to them for all of my future customized shirts! Thanks again Jessika! :)

I have used instant imprints for several different projects and always left happy. However my latest experience was by far the best! I came to jessika with a request that I wasn’t even sure was possible but her and her awesome team made it happen! They embroidered 5 hanker chiefs with different messages to give to special people for my wedding. it was very important to me that they came out perfect and jessika did an amazing job! very friendly and easy to work with even with my picky personality. I just want everyone out there to know how great this place is!

made another trip to instant imprints for another new shirt. jessika helped me again. they get better with each new shirt.

This place is awesome! I called Jessika yesterday at around 1pm to ask about getting two custom printed t-​shirts. She gave me some good info with regards to the file extension they prefer working with, as well as the website to select a t-​shirt /​color. Less than 24 hours later I have the shirts, full color print! They usually can’t guarantee this kind of quickness but I am guessing it is because the job was relatively small. I should also add that I ended up paying substantially less than I was initially quoted. GREAT TURNAROUND!

Joseph was extremely helpful from beginning to end of my order. I was really worried about how the shirt would look and feel which is why I chose to use a local printing place. I called around first and one person was doing it out of his house and did not have any samples to show me.
I then found Instant Imprints and was impressed with how many different varieties of fabric and styles there were to choose from. I was able to select in store what I wanted and then work with Joe via email about color selection and fine tuning the order.
I was shown a preview of the shirt I chose and design, and definitely feel like I got my money’s worth, if not more. I will be returning for all of my future custom printed apparel. 5 stars, well deserved.

I had a terrible experience with this location, and corporate agrees with me! They are completely unprofessional, unfriendly and ungrateful of any business that comes their way. I would not recommend any one use this location as all you will get is attitude and an unpleasant experience.

Thanks for the great work Joseph and staff. I appreciate you going out of your way to deliver our shirts to us on short notice. I’ll see you in the future for more projects!

I had a great experience doing business with Instant Prints! Jessica was super to work with and she helped me immensely with my first order of custom shirts and hats for my business. Their prices are very reasonable and they even had a starter package of products that exactly fit my needs. I will be back many times in the future to do business again.

The pricing was very competitive and the customer service was amazing!
We had a quick turnaround (3 days) on new marketing buttons for our non-​profit for an upcoming convention, and Jessika was great in so many ways!
She helped us finalize the design, ensured the products were properly proofed and then delivered on site in time for the convention. She even gave us a scalable vector graphic version for future design work.

The guy that runs that store is rude. He screwed up the embroidery on two of my shirts and would not rectify the situation. What made it worse is that these shirts were custom made. He showed no care at all for my situation. He kept shifting the blame for his mistake into my lap. I will NEVER go to his shop again. If something goes wrong he will not help you at all. I recommend that you find another place to do business.

I keep coming back! They’ve helped me out in desperate situations and their work is AWESOME!!! This place is determined to do excellent work. They were able to do my daughter’s soccer team T-​shirts in such a quick time that I was sold immediately. It’s so close to my home and is so convenient that I promise I will be coming back. keep up the good work!

With only a few hours left in the day, I asked if something could be ready for pick up before close. Two hours later my order was picked up and was scary cheap.
I will definitely use them again, hopefully next time I don’t have such an urgent request.
I don’t give 5 stars often, but they delivered the unexpected.

Instant Imprints offers a high level of flexibility in meeting our complex printing requirements. The business made a change in ownership about a year back and the new owner Joseph is far more passionate about his work and moving this company forward. I was very impressed by the improvements he has made. He has his team fully focused and committed to the customer first mindset.
