History

Established in 2012.

A graduate of the North Eastern Institute of Whole Health in 2008, I have been a nationally certified massage therapist (license #3339M) for over five years and also a Chikara-​Reiki-​Do Master. I received my first, second and second level advanced Reiki attunements with John and Lourdes Gray starting in 2005. Master attunement with Judith Conroy in 2009.

In 2010 I honed my new massage skills at a day spa in Portsmouth. I eventually decided to set up my practice in Concord opening my own studio in the back room of a salon. In 2012, after a lot renovation and painting, Inner Rhythms Massage Center was open for business.

I’ve always held a passion for cooking, after high school I attended Johnson and Wales University in Providence, RI to study culinary arts. As I began the recovery process from a car accident in 1998, I slowly became curious and intrigued by the art of energy and spiritual healing through touch. I have been on a personal journey of healing since and my path has destined me to where I am now! I love to help others feel their best. Massage has so many benefits by increasing a person’s vitality on numerous levels.
